Style: Brown Ale - English

Our version of this old english style is a mild deep amber coloured ale with a pleasant "nutty" light biscuit and roasted malt flavour and a light flowery hop aroma with a non bitter finish from the use of Saaz hops. This is a light bodied beer that appeals to both dark and light beer drinkers alike. alc/vol: 5.2% og: 1.052 IBU: 16

Brewed with Canadian Superior Pale, English Munich and Cara malts and hopped with Columbus, Summit, Super Galena, Sterling and Cascade hops and then dry hopped with an additional half-kilogram each of Cascade and Sterling, resulting in a remarkably smooth American style IPA. With a creamy rich texture and briny finish from the oysters and a roasty bitterness from the malt, this heavyweight stout was brewed with three additions of prime fresh oysters from our friends at Holliewood Oysters in Fanny Bay, BC. The world is yours. And yes, there are really oysters in this beer!

Style: Blonde / Golden Ale - Other

A slightly different take on beer and coffee, this beer starts with a crisp pilsner malt base and gets it's roasty, chocolately flavors from the Fernwood single origin El Salvadorian cold brew coffee and Sirene cocoa husk. Add to that a creamy mouth feel from a touch of lactose sugar and you have a delicious blonde ale with the wonderful flavors of locally roasted, cold brew coffee. Contains Caffeine!
