A long list of malts results in a roasty complexity to this Oatmeal Stout. Zythos Hops bring a lingering hoppy bitterness to this otherwise malt forward beer.

An 18lb dry hop of Cryo Cascades give this beer it's pleasant floralness and grapefruit-like bitterness. Despite its 4.13% ABV, this beer has a great mouthfeel and a lasting dryness that will have you craving another sip. This is the first iteration in our series of single hopped session ales.

This light patio crusher packs a mango punch. On the nose you're hit with tropical notes of mango (of course), orange and bright fresh floral notes. A mild bitterness and a light body will keep you coming back for more.

Light copper colour and a full off-white head are the first things you’ll notice about our 3rd West Coast IPA. A dry hopping of Centennial, Simcoe, Citra and Cryo Cascades bring bright and nectary citrus aromas. A pillowy, malty mouthfeel and a long soft bitter finish will have you craving another.

This porter is a mouthful with grains coming from the UK, Germany and Belgium. This is our new take on the classic English style. Nine different grains mashed together to bring you robust aromas of coffee and dark chocolate. The head is rich and dark. The perfect beer to tuck into on a winter day.

Our latest hazy lager showcases oat with rolled oats making up 20% of the malt bill. This is our first time using New Zealand's Pacific Sunrise hops which bring tropical notes paired with a smooth mouthfeel from the oats. A cold fermentation makes this a clean, crisp and crushable beer.

Dripping with caramel and soft vanilla. Cinnamon and earthy old world hops help balance out this dessert beer. A two-hour boil gives a big mouth feel and deep dark roasty notes.

This stout spent 5 months conditioning in stainless steel before making its way over to a serving tank. A thick and viscous mouthfeel and inviting complexity. This beer really opens up as it gets warmer. Savour it, drink it slow.

This beer pours a sparkling straw colour. 110lbs of Koshihikari short grain rice was used in the mash and gives this beer a clean taste and mild nuttiness. There is more of a spiced herbal quality from the dry hopping of Cryo Mosaics.

The second of our hazy, hop forward lagers. A soft mouth feel from wheat malt and rolled gives way to a clean finish from the slow and cold fermentation. This is our first time using Cryo Pop hops from Yakima Chief Hops. Their Original Bend is a blended hop pellet that brings huge tropical, citrus and stone fruit notes. This hop Never Stops Never Stopping.

A Sunday evening in this local brewery that serves fine craft ales that are brewed on site. The location is a true brewery in all ways & serves a variety of different styles. The staff are friendly & advised well, music is good & a great place to visit. I highly recommend a visit

I recently visited this brewery and was impressed by its spacious layout, perfect for hosting large parties. The rotating taps offer a variety of tasty beers, and the staff creates a welcoming atmosphere. The 12oz and 18oz beers are reasonably priced, making it a great value. The addition of games and pinball adds a fun element, while the good music and events enhance the overall experience. The brewery is clean, well-constructed, and features a deli case with delicious sandwiches from The Drake Eatery, providing a satisfying culinary complement to the brews. The owners of this brewery are not only friendly but also contribute to the warm atmosphere. With occasional live music, the venue becomes even more vibrant, offering a well-rounded experience for patrons. From friendly owners to live entertainment, it's evident that this brewery goes the extra mile to create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all.

Good! Nice place, atmosphere inside is lovely, you can see the the brew kegs and bins and see the inner workings. Lots of unique beer at fair prices. The owner even gave us a gift certificate to try out more brew! The snacks are very good, especially liked the focaccia pizza! Some fun games to play while enjoying some brew and eats. Recommend.

It was my first time in Canada and I was looking for a good brewery. Going in blind, I walked in and was met with a really chill atmosphere and a guy named Mark (if I got the name wrong, sorry!). He was incredibly cool and chose my beer flight at my request. Man, the brews here are phenomenal! Smooth, crisp and bursting with character and flavor. It is kind of a bummer that I couldn't purchase a taster glass since they only sell pint glasses, but I got a bottle cozy that Mark makes out of wetsuits; really awesome keepsake. These guys opened during COVID and have been slowly getting back into the groove. They also own The Drake which is just around the corner from this location and I wanted to check it out, but ran out of time. I wish them nothing but success and I hope to sample more of their suds the next time I am in Victoria. Cheers!
