This brew sits in at 6.3% abv, slightly stronger than some of our other IPAs. This juicy hazy New England IPA uses Simco, Zeus and Sabro hops, creating a piney, tropical, well-rounded citrus flavour. London Fog yeasts give it a beautiful full, hazy body.

Although we are Belgian at heart, we had to make a beer for you hopheads out there and, this is it! This beer is quaffable from start to finish. Yeast derived from the ardennes region, (famous for not tasting too 'Belgian') and generous helpings of Amarillo hops bring a huge fruity, citrus, aromatic quality to this beer. The malt bill is simple and allows the other ingredients to shine. A Belgian beer, dressed in an American tuxedo, brewed in Canada.

Style: Wheat Beer - Witbier / Blanche
ABV: 5.5 IBU: 23
Witbier or White Beer is a refreshing, and effervescent, summer favourite which also drinks well into the winter months. The witbier gets its signature cloudy appearance from the generous amounts of wheat malt and a fluffy mouthfeel from the addition of oats. Our classic version finishes with clove, pepper, and orange aromatics thanks to the Witbier yeast, bitter orange peel, and coriander.

LONG LAKE LAGER! Just in time to be by your side for your late summer memories ????? This Czech Lager is inspired by our community. We used a pilsner base malt with a crystal malt for a pale beer with some body. Just a touch of bittering hops early on with a German lager yeast that allows for a very clean, albeit slightly fruity fermentation. This all resulted in a refined, smooth and refreshing lager that can be enjoyed on a floating island all year long! ? . The label reflects the idea that "rising tides float all boats," and is inspired by the precious floating islands from Avatar, and the YES albums.

Mónica, wanted to bring a taste of her hometown of Mexico City to Spryfield. Using authentic Mexican chocolate, spices, and peppers, she prepared a mole, which went into the beer at the very end of the boil of the base Porter, to bring out even more chocolate, as well as pleasant warming from the peppers and spicing

A blueberry belgian blonde. Signature floral and citrusy/berry notes, with sour dough malt flavor and aroma (mostly subdued by the blueberry). The juice was cold fermented for a week in order to try and capture the blueberry flavor.

The king of Belgian Beers. With the advent of pale malting techniques that saw the decline of previously smoked/roasted beers and the ushering in of pale malt the Belgians needed an answer to the immensely popular and easy drinking Pilsner. In classic Belgian style their answer, while being dangerously easy drinking, brings us the crowning achievement of Trappist and Belgian brewing. Brewed with a reasonable mash of primarily pilsner malt, a generous addition of simple Belgian syrup ups the ante. The Tripel applies a common methodology of deriving its subtle spice and fruit notes from both the yeast and hops.

A mix of three apple varieties from the Annapolis Valley, low on sweetness however not completely dry, this cider can be enjoyed by all. We ferment in two vessels with separate yeasts, one from Belgium. The two batches are then blended to produce a subtle rustic quality while retaining the delicate flavor of the apples.

This is my first time at the Serpent Brewing and I have to say that we really enjoyed the band. It was great to hear the jazz live performance great ambiance, you can order from your phone and there's plenty of parking spots. The guests were all classy and the evening was very special because of the music.

Went to see Shadow of Everest, the show was awesome. The drinks also were fantastic, a bit on the pricey side of $8-$10 a drink but they tasted great! The whole space was also very nice and well maintained.
