Style: IPA - English
ABV: 5.4 IBU: 50
Our version of this brisk beer is inspired by the classic nineteenth-century style, but travels a stop or two beyond. A rich blend of malt rolls through and supports a load of characterful American hops. The taste? Totally off the rails! The 606 artwork commemorates the famous rail yards of Saskatoon, once the very lifeblood of the city.

Loki is named after the Norse trickster God and rightfully so. With how beautifully balanced this brew is it’s easy to overlook its strength. Malt forward and hoppy; dry-hopped for extra depth of flavour. Not usually a fan of IPAs? Give Loki a chance. Like everything else about this beer, the flavours will surprise you. This one’s tricky - watch yourself.

Red Hammer was first forged as a hybrid of styles, combining several delicious features into one brew that really nails it. Smooth, malty and caramel tasting, this brew is subtly hopped, with a dry finish. Did we drive home that it’s smooth? Try adding a little bit of Bandits Coffee Moonshine to bring out Red Hammer’s caramel flavour, it hits the spot every time.

Style: Pilsner - Czech / Bohemian
ABV: 5.2 IBU: 40
Iconic, clean, dry and crisp with a somewhat malty character. Brilliantly clear - the way it should be. Czech Pilsners are unlike any other in the world and are great examples of how water changes a beer. Our Czech Mate had its first beginnings as an experiment into modifying water properties to recreate that true, Czech Pilsner flavour. While our current rendition doesn’t require such an elaborate process, it is refreshingly unique among other Canadian-brewed Pilsners

Style: Lager - Dark
ABV: 5.4 IBU: 30
A black lager with a mild, roasted malt character, and delicate coffee notes - but with no hop bitterness. Black Cat was one of our first beers released in 2006. Paddock Wood’s Founder wanted a dark, easy-to-drink beer that would change how the market thought about beer. Black Cat was named after our Founder’s cat, and much like with black cats there’s nothing to fear about dark beers.

Sun Seeker is an unfiltered hazy IPA with big hop flavour but low bitterness. This juicy, summery brew has notes of citrus and tropical fruits. Sun Seeker was an exploration in a new style of beer for us! After several test batches we settled on the recipe we all enjoyed the most. Hopped three times to get big hop flavour without the bitterness. We wanted to make something approachable and enjoyable for summertime fun.

Prepare for lift off, this heavyweight flavour bomb is out of this world! Juicy, citrus, hazy. What more could you need in a Hazy Double IPA? We thought to ourselves, “how can we make Sun Seeker even more delicious?” and the clear solution was to turn it into a Double IPA.

This refreshing honey amber ale has a hint of honey sweetness brightened with a touch of hops. Our Honey Amber Ready Brew kit has been a long time favourite amongst our homebrewers, so we figured it was high time we finished a batch of our own! We’ve added extra hops to our rendition for a little more oomph.

The staff here is great! Very friendly and knowledgeable about beer and brewing. I buy alot of my home brewing supplies here. They even have a grain mill to use for free for crushing grains. They have an excellent selection of Wyeast.

Two long distance touring cyclists pull into a brewery for a beer on a hot, smokey, July day. Great beer to go, since the tap room was closed, was in order, but we got so much more from the wonderful woman working the office. Her friendly demeanor was infectious and soon we were chatting about bicycle tourism & Saskatoon. She went to the trouble of helping us with directions to our hotel, and was happy to give us a couple of stickers when I asked. We had such a positive experience that I wanted to make sure that this young lady got her recognition. She made a brief stop into a real joy. The beer was awesome!

My favourite place to get locally brewed beer. Staff is very friendly and caring. I always have a great experience each visit and appreciate that we can taste test. Pricing is very reasonable and the selection is great. I'm happy to have a fresh, Saskatchewan made beer still available for me. Thanks Paddock Wood!

Easily the best brewery in Saskatchewan. A good variety of styles. The brewmaster is courageous in the offerings. There aren't many typical or pedestrian choices here. The dark beer choices are particularly good. The strong brews come in a little of flavors and pack a punch. You can also purchase hops and malts for your home brews.
