  • Pink IPA

    Style: IPA - American

    ABV: 5.5    IBU: 80

    This west coast style IPA was brewed with SK grown Maker’s Malt two-row barley and features the fruity Vic Secret hop. We then infused the beer with hibiscus and rose-hips creating a brew with a rich pink colour and lemony-tart, berry-rich flavour notes.

  • London Fog Porter

    Style: Porter - American

    ABV: 5    IBU: 0

    A spin on the classic Earl Grey Vanilla Latte. This robust porter is heavily infused with Earl Grey tea leaves which complement the flowery and citrus bitterness of the Cascade hops. The use of lactose and vanilla creates the creamy, sweet mouthfeel that one associates with the latte. We use a Ringwood Ale yeast strain to bring out the malty, complex flavour profile of the porter.

  • Jolly Roger Irish Red

    Style: Red Ale - Irish

    ABV: 6.6    IBU: 40

    Maris Otter malt makes up the bulk of this recipe to provide a rich, biscuit-like flavour to the brew. A delicate balance of Crystal and Chocolate Rye malts are used to achieve a beautiful red colour while adding flavour notes of caramel and chocolate. Fuggle and Willamette hops add mild spicy and earthy characteristics. Dark-roast American Oak chips are added to the end of the boil and allowed to stay in the beer during fermentation, creating a unique barrel-aged flavour – a technique you won’t find in most beers. We use a traditional Irish-Ale yeast strain to complement the malts and adds a nutty flavour to the beer. Lastly, we add Jamaican Dark Rum during conditioning to recreate the flavour of an Irish Red Ale aged in Caribbean Oak Rum Barrels, a unique spin on an Irish Red ale.

    Style: Kölsch

    ABV: 5.4    IBU: 18

    A nice, crisp clean beer that's super easy to drink. A craft feel taste to a domestic style beer. Has a hint of citrus for a unique flavor and wheat is added to the recipe for some body and mouthfeel. Very tasty!

    This full-bodied stout features a complex profile of roasted malts showcasing notes of chocolate, espresso, and a touch of molasses. A strong addition of oats creates the silky-smooth mouthfeel this style of beer is known for . A slightly sweet finish is then balanced by an acidic roastiness.

  • Triple Citrus Wheat Ale

    Style: Fruit Beer

    ABV: 5.3    IBU: 20

    This brew features white wheat and two-row for a nice, creamy body that features locally grown grains. While many beers may feature one fruit peel, this beer has three flavourful citrus additions: Seville bitter orange peel, lemon peel and grapefruit peel. It uses the Mandarina Bavaria German hop which imparts a tangerine citrusy aroma and flavour. True to a Hefeweizen this beer is hazy and unfiltered.

    Style: IPA - New England / Hazy

    True to style, this beer is juicy and hazy. The rolled and malted oats give it a velvety body and double milled wheat pushes up the haze factor. Four exotic hop varieties late in the boil soften the bitterness and a substantial dry-hop puts the bomb in juice-bomb.
