Style: Farmhouse Ale - Saison
ABV: 6 IBU: 25
An old style ale originating from farmhouse breweries of northwest Belgium. A soft, red, haze comes from the locally grown and malted Saskatchewan Red Wheat. We brew this complex ale with orange zest, fresh peppercorns, and coriander for a citrus and spicy balance. Be careful, this beer is refreshing and goes down way too easily for 6% ABV.

Moose Tracks is a hazelnut espresso stout A beautiful stout with a knockout aroma! Moose Tracks was brewed with a custom roast of coffee beans from the Saskatoon Broadway Roastery. We added 9 Kilos of this excellent coffee to bring out as much aroma and flavor as possible. Roasty chocolate and hazelnut notes balances out the bitterness and acidity of the coffee flavor. This roasty beer is not just 7.5% but also contains caffeine, so drink responsibly and have a great time!

The Mad Hopper is a stronger, paler, and hoppier take on the, ever popular, “Pale ale.” There are two varieties of exceptional hops (Centennial and Citra) that are the true stars of this beer. They are coveted for their intense flavor profile that can balance perfectly with the sweet, bready malts. Mad Hopper finishes with a perfect crisp, dry, finish.

Meewasin 80 is an exclusive brew with a unique local flair, custom brewed to celebrate the fact that the complete trail system in and around Saskatoon will soon total 80 kilometers! The brewer made “Beer History” by putting live spruce and pine, from the Meewasin Trail, directly into the beer. The subtle hints of pine leave an elegant spicy aftertaste. We hope you enjoy this earthy, fruity take on this ancient Wit Beer Style.

Campfire was brewed with caramel, roasted and smoked malts to give a unique and delicate malt flavor. After the primary fermentation we cold aged the lager on smoked chips to bring out a very aromatic smoky flavor. This beer was lightly hopped to keep the spotlight on the smoky malts, a very versatile beer to pair with food.

Very delicious and great atmosphere! I had a Tofu burger that was phenomenal. Super filling and with fries on the side that made it a great Sunday (cheat) meal. The service was good. The waiting time for the food was a little bit prolonged, but nothing to complain about.

Food is always amazing. The fries are great! Gravy is a little oversalted, but quite flavorful. The Smoked Burger I had was FULL of flavor, and was incredibly delicious. Service can be slow at times, but the staff are nice, if a little rushed occasionally. The atmosphere is quite impressive. Alcohol I had was delicious, if not a little bitter. Price CAN be steep, but the flavor makes up for it! I'd definitely recommend coming here!

Prairie Sun Brewery has quickly become one of our favorite spots in Saskatoon. As fans of both blond ales and lagers, my partner and I were thrilled by the extensive variety of options available. They truly have something for every palate. The blond ales were crisp and refreshing, while the lagers offered a perfect balance of smoothness and flavor. But it's not just the beers that make Prairie Sun specialthe atmosphere is fantastic. The vibe is vibrant and welcoming, making it an ideal place to unwind or catch up with friends. The dcor is cozy yet lively, creating an environment that feels both laid-back and energizing. However, the real standout at Prairie Sun Brewery is the staff. They are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their craft, and their enthusiasm is contagious. Whether you're a seasoned beer lover or new to the scene, the staff makes everyone feel welcome and valued. Their recommendations are always spot-on, and their friendliness adds a personal touch that makes each visit memorable. In short, Prairie Sun Brewery is a must-visit for anyone in Saskatoon. With a stellar selection of beers, a vibrant atmosphere, and exceptional staff, it's a place where great memories are made.

I recently had lunch at the "Prairie Sun Brewery" on Broadway Avenue, and as always, the experience was nothing short of excellent. The atmosphere is consistently welcoming, and I was able to enjoy a superb beer alongside a hamburger prepared exactly to my specificationsnon-spicy, just as I had requested. The staff provided exceptional service, attending to all my needs with professionalism and care. Additionally, the washrooms were impeccably clean and well-organized, which added to the overall positive experience. I will certainly be returning to the brewery in the future, and I look forward to bringing family and friends along to share in this wonderful venue.

Love to come here on a nice day. Their dog-friendly patio is a great vibe. I've tried most their menu, great selection and everything is pretty good so depends what your craving that day. The highlight for me is surprisingly their sides, the coleslaw and pasta salad is so good! The service is always great, too.
