Style: Dark Ale
ABV: 5 IBU: 10
Saskatoon Berry Dark is a surprisingly light beer with a hint of Saskatoon Berry. The Saskatoon Berries do not overwhelm the palette, rather, they support and enhance the caramel malt in this beer.

Style: Wheat Beer - Hefeweizen
ABV: 4.5 IBU: 71
Hefeweizen have a yeasty character, which imparts it with a banana and clove flavour. Our Grapefruit Hefeweizen enhances this character by further flavouring the beer with coriander seed and grapefruit. It is not a fruit beer, but the grapefruit makes its presence known with a citrus note and beautiful deep orange colour.

Style: Kölsch
ABV: 5 IBU: 18
Our Kölsch style beer is delicate and refreshing. I say Kölsch style because true Kölsch beers source their malt from the Cologne region. But when you have some of the best Malt in the world in your own backyard, it just makes more sense to go local. However, our beer stays true to the spirit of a Kölsch by being brewed for and inspired by our regional malt. 100% of the malt in this brew is from Maker’s Malt, which is a mere 40 minutes away from the Brewery.

This is a Northwest coast IPA, which balances the hoppy bitterness with a complex malt profile. I also utilizes a continuous happing method pioneered by Dogfish Head Brewery.

This radler is designed for people that want a refreshing lower alcohol fruit beer, but find other radlers too sweet. The dry radler combines our Kölsch beer with slightly sweetened lime juice.

Great balance of pineapple and peach. If you're a sour enthusiast, just add another feather in your cap. It won't disappoint.

Wow I'd eat here again! Not sure if I went to the brewery or to earls. They may be the same place. There seems to be a semi fancy and more fancy side. Very cool lighting environment, great food: pesto shrimp pizza is highly recommended. The staff was very friendly and gave good recommendations.

Small brewery, flights are in tall glasses, poured straight from a vat. Unique experience.

The best brewery in Saskatoon! The beer was delicious. The staff has been the most friendly. My friends and I had a great time to learn about the brewery process and the beer culture. I would visit again if I go back to Saskatoon.

Good food (Full Earl's Menu if you ask for it) seating not especially comfortable. Space is wheelchair accessible, but there is only one spot to sit with a person in a wheelchair. all other tables are high.
