Style: Wheat Beer - American Pale Wheat
ABV: 6 IBU: 20
Grapefruit zest are used to infused the character of the fruit into the beer, and hops are carefully selected to emphasize the citrus notes. Don’t expect this to taste like the first course of Sunday breakfast; the fruit flavour is subtle, and the bitter quality of the grapefruit is balanced by a bit of sweetness in the finish.

For the Saison Tropicale we used a good amount of Rye and Oats to improve the mouthfeel and complexity of the spicyness of the Saison yeast. We adjusted the water with 5 mineral salts to accentuate the flavours we wanted. Finally we dry hopped the beer with juicy & fruity hops. This beer is quite dry however the mouthfeel is quite pleasant because of our grain bill strategy. Tastes and aroma of cantaloupe, pineapple, passion fruit, lychee and guava fill your mouth and nose all culminating with a refreshing, spicy and slightly tart finish.

ISG is the granddaddy of our Rye Guy IPA. More grain! More hops! The result is an incredibly flavourful, yet balanced Imperial IPA. There is a big malt flavour up front which presents in the form of rich caramel and serves to balance the high bitterness of a beer weighing in at 90 IBUs. The result is a nice, lingering, spicy taste on the tongue. And at 9.1% ABV, this is definitely going to make you super!

Did you know this was almost the name of the brewery? Luckily we went a different route. But to remember where we came from, we honour the name with this amazing 100% pilsner malt Belgian strong ale. Experience the aromas of Belgian yeast with sweet malts and candy sugar. Then as you sip, hang on for a ride of banana yeast notes that finishes dry with a tart finish.

Like our daily news, we prefer our pilsners to be honest, balanced and refreshing. Brewed in Ottawa, Ontario, this is a light, crisp Pilsner with a dazzling clarity to be consumed alongside your favourite source of propaganda. This is an all-season brew best enjoyed fresh off the press, featuring select German barley and traditional Czech hops. It pairs well with crosswords, working hard, playing harder and "hanging with the buds."

Tacos comes without any sides. Was written in small print on the menu at the top of the handheld section, but not obvious enough imo. Definitely would not have been enough to feel full with the tacos alone. Pulled pork was good. Jerk chicken kind of dry.

They changed the menu completely and as someone with an egg allergy I was disappointed when the new mac and cheese contain eggs. The mushroom poutine is delicious! (Took the picture after I started eating I was too hungry)

We were there on the Saturday and it was great!! They actually accommodated us for food. We were thinking this would be a great regular hangout. So we returned on Sunday. The moment we walked in, the bar tender said they had an event and we shouldn't bother coming in because food would be 40 + minutes. However we were just coming in for drinks and maybe a snack. She immediately turned us away with her curtness. We decided to leave. May be just a bad day.but who knows.

We had a great experience here, and we will be back. The atmosphere was great, and so was the service. I'd recommend everyone to give them a try
