Dance Robot is hoppy hazy juice. Heaps of Sabro, Amarillo and Azzaca. Rob thinks it tastes like Orange Creamsicles and Mike thinks it tastes like Pina Coladas, either way it is hoppy hazy delicious juice.

Brewed with our Lando culture and a large quantity of American “C” hops, this is one of Rob’s favourite beers. Not only is it just about the furthest thing from a “hype” beer, but it’s an underrated style that’s tough to pull off well. We love our take on it. It is dry with a bitter backbone, and the Brett note comes through as horsey with a light fruity hint and an effervescent finish. Truly a beautiful beer that a lot of people will hate.

Have you ever tried to read poetry with Sam Corbeil? I have, and hot damn. It was life changing: I cried, I laughed, I cringed. We brewed this together in January 2019. It is the only beer I know that has had two pre release parties (aka poetry readings) before anyone even tried it. It's a forever project because it is epix and so is Sam. Once a year it is brewed. Fresh is blended with old and the barrels are topped up with that year's brew in true Solera style. There will always be barrels with Sam's name on them at Short Finger.

To no one's surprise there is a lot going on here. The beer is big but does not taste hot. The peanut butter comes off the nose predominantly, banana mid palate that mixes with a salty bacon savoury note. Huge body and big flavour. Like Elvis

Stumbled across this hidden gem after finishing up a run on the south end of the Iron Horse Trail in Kitchener. I love that it's tucked away in an inconspicuous area. They had nice patio seating and a few places indoors to enjoy a brew. I had a sour and was not disappointed! The staff were also friendly. I'd love to come back again soon.

We've been several times with a couple different friends and have always had a great time with awesome beer. Always an interesting selection of styles and great customer service. I'm a brewer as well so ordering supplies from Short Finger's Shop has been a breeze and sometimes a beer-saver. Always packaged with care and quite quick for the large amounts I've purchased. Always excited to head back to Short Finger whenever I'm in town too. For everyone, please support local, even if you aren't in the surrounding area... they do a great job shipping products! Thanks everyone at Short Finger.

I have never been here but I grabbed this beer from the bottle shop at Durand Coffee in Hamilton (I always grab a bunch I haven't tried) and it was so freaking good. Just wanted to say - please make this beer again! I shared it with friends and we were obsessed. I need more and don't want to have to split the can ;). Can't wait to visit the brewery when I am in the area!
