New year, new beer. Follow Your Nose is our fruit sour IPA. We start with a juicy and hazy NEIPA and then we make it sour and then we add oodles of strawberry and blackberry puree. This delightfully pink beer tastes as good as it looks! Lots of juicy berries and fresh citrus across the senses. It's our best foot forward. Good omen for the rest of the year. Only downhill from here. All good things. 2021 is definitely the year of good things. Zero concerns. Its great. Everything is going to be fine. This is fine..... Follow your nose to our bottle shop or online store to get this in your craw.

A sour beer made with lemon zest, fresh mint, and lactose milk sugar. Not only is this beer incredibly refreshing but it's also the first recipe from our Assistant Brewer, Addie! A huge addition of fresh lemon is balanced with some mild lactose sweetness. Subtle mint adds complexity on the finish. What can we say, it tastes like lemonade. Perfect for these sunny days.

IPA is double dry hopped with a ridiculous amount of Citra, Amarillo, and El Dorado hops. These three hops add a ton of tropical and citrus notes to the beer. The chemistry of the brewing water is carefully balanced to create a creamy mouthfeel with a soft smooth finish. This is complemented with a large addition of oats and wheat to the malt bill, which creates the haze that carries the tropical flavour of the hops straight to your taste buds.

Disappointed that you are missing your tropical vacation? Fret no more. Our new Guava Never Nude is like a warm ocean breeze blowing across your glistening dad/mom bod. One drink and you will feel the sea mist gently shower your unkempt body hair. Guava Never Nude is beautifully hazy pink, mildly sour, and light at 4.4%. An irresponsible amount of fruit was added so this beer tastes just like guava nectar. It's probably the best thing you'll put in your mouth all day. Clip on the fanny pack. Button up your Hawaiian shirt. Grab that ukulele you don't actually know how to play. And head over to Daft to start that stay-at-home tropical vacation.

Introducing Positive Aura, our Imperial Chocolate stout. Available now in bottles! But what is this beer like? Well... There’s a lot of solid energy coming out of this beer. Good positive aura. Great. Great. It’s all great. An imperial stout in the summer, you ask? You’ve gotta rise above it. You gotta harvest in the good energy, and block out the bad. Harvest. Energy. Block. Bad. Feel the flow. Feel it. It’s circular. It’s like a carousel. You pay the quarter, you get on the horse, it goes up and down... and around. Circular. Circle. With the music. The flow. All good things. Smooth, rich, and complex with bold dark chocolate and roasty coffee notes.

East vs West - Tupac West Coast IPA. Dank, citrus, piney. Hailing from the west, Tupac is one of the first American beer styles which was a driving force behind the craft beer revolution when it launched in the late 80s and early 90s. Tupac is much more clear than its counterpart from the east. With a heavy hop addition during the boil, this beer is more on the bitterside, but a malty base helps to bring balance to the beer and prevent the bitterness from overwhelming the senses. Tupac has a heavy dose of traditional west coast hops to give it that classic dank citrus and piney notes. Specifically, this beer is hopped with Cascade, Simcoe, and El Dorado.

Daft is changing the game with their new pizzas! As long time patrons, we are ecstatic for the opportunity to have a taste of Little Italy in Kingston. Here is our not yet comprehensive ranking of the pies : 1) Daftly Dill-icious 2) Ya Basic (ate too quickly to get a photo) 3) Steven Jobs 4) Holy Moly Pepperoni (would benefit from an enhancer, drizzle or dip) While the pizza is a good size for one person, cutting it into sixths or eighths would make it easier to share. Looking forward to the gradual release of new combos each week!

One of the most fun, relaxing, and eclectic brewery, taproom, and patio in the Kingston area. The beer is brewed on-site, with a wide variety of styles for most beer drinkers, with sour beers as their specialty. They have a great, and friendly staff, and very fun and entertaining events lined up many days of the week. It was a very 90's Miami vice flair about it, and the newly -expanded patio is a treat to relax on! A must-stop every time we visit Kingston.

A pleasant place to share a point or two with family or friends. The environment is funky, beer cold, and deck ready to enjoy summer in Kingston. Brews have imaginative names. Particularly enjoyed the dark lager they had on tap at the moment. Closes a little early for the bar crowd... But it's definitely worth a visit.
