Style: IPA - New England / Hazy
ABV: 7.1 IBU: 0
Oats & Cream IPA is inspired by the modern NEIPAs coming out of the eastern seaboard of the United States. Utilizing a large amount of oats, and just enough lactose, we were able to produce a beer as creamy as it is hazy. This batch of Oats & Cream IPA was finished with a generous dry-hop of Nelson(NZ) and Citra(US) hops, resulting in a fruity hop- forward finish. Aroma: Floral, Fruity Body: Full, Hazy, Smooth Taste: Peach, Apricot, Mango Finish: Lingering fruit and resinous notes

Tiptoe IPA is our take on a hazy meets hoppy NEIPA. Double dry-hopped with Galaxy and Sabro, this IPA is full of tropical flavours of coconut, passionfruit, and ripe pineapple. Full bodied, smooth, and creamy - you might mistake this one for a Piña colada. Aroma: Tropical, Fruity Body: Full, Hazy, Smooth Taste: Coconut, Passionfruit, Pineapple Finish: Lingering finish

ABV: 4.8 IBU: 0
This pils is brewed in the German tradition with a drastic departure: we exclusively used NZ hops in the kettle and as a dry hop. Our Precipice Pils has an initial hint of sweetness followed by a light bitterness and bright, fruity finish. We utilized a variety of NZ hops, including the newly developed HORT9909, a cross between Hallertau Mittelfrüh, Sazz, and a wild German Hop. Thanks to BSG Canada for supplying us with this new hop. AROMA: Grassy, Citrus BODY: Medium, Golden, Soft TASTE: Citrus, Pine, Balanced Bitterness FINISH: Cereal & Diffused Bitterness

Bene is inspired by the extra hopped Italian pilsner made by @birrificioitaliano in Northern Italy. We double dry-hopped this Pils with Tettnanger and Saphir hops in order to achieve a balance of earthy spice, floral, and light fruit aromas and flavours.

Before After IPA is our take on the West Coast IPA. West Coast IPAs were groundbreaking and style-defying in their time and were an entry point to craft beer for many. Before After is a modern interpretation with less bitterness, but still full of bright American hops. Medium bodied, light bitterness, piney, dank, and full of orange citrus. AROMA: Citrus, Piney BODY: Medium, Light Haze, Smooth TASTE: Orange, Dank FINISH: Lingering finish

Our Echo & Reflection DIPAs were both brewed with a healthy percentage of Oat Malt, White Wheat Malt, and Flaked Wheat & Oats to achieve a full-body as well as an underlying creamy profile. Echo was dry-hopped with a healthy dosage of Mosaic hops and finished with even more Mosaic Cryo hops. Reflection received the same treatment, but with Citra hops and Citra Cryo hops. Echo presents everything you would expect and desire from Mosaic hops. Expect notes of mango, citrus, pine, tropical fruit, as well as stone fruit characteristics.

The modern Italian pils blends German tradition and Italian creativity to produce a truly unique take on the style. Earthy and Grassy hops delivered through a healthy dry-hop are key to this interpretation. OurTestaccio Pils has an initial hint of sweetness that quickly fades as our blend of earthy hops presents a satisfying bitterness. This Pils is both familiar and new. Aroma: Grassy, Earthy, Citrus Body: Medium, Golden, Soft Taste: Clove, Balanced Bitterness Finish: Cereal & Diffused Bitterness

A deep dark secret, oh, I mean stout, with a sneaky 9% ABV and a warm rich decadence. There is no denying it, this beer is big. 9% ABV ain’t no joke. Nonetheless, we let this beer mellow and form over time into a lovely, warm, and sneaky evening sipper. Aroma: Chocolate Body: Full, Creamy, Smooth Taste: Deep Chocolate, Vanilla, Cream Finish: Lingering desert-like qualities

Brewed in collaboration with our pals from Third Moon in Milton, Ontario, this is our first ever quadruple IPA. Tetra Burst was dry-hopped with a massive amount of Cryo Citra, Citra, Cryo Nelson Sauvin, and Nelson Sauvin hops. It's the most heavily dry-hopped beer we've done. It's also ridiculously smooth and drinkable, and packed with big beautiful tropical stone fruit flavours, notes of white wine, and a deep dankness.

This special anniversary release in our Gelato Sour series features additions of rhubarb, strawberry and cardamom, with a heavy dry-hop of belma hops. The strawberry balances out the tartness of the rhubarb while also complimenting the complex flavours of cardamom. The belma dry-hop further enhances the fruit while adding depth and balance.

We brewed this DIPA with our pals from Nano Cinco out of Quebec City, who are brewing some of the best New England IPAs in La Belle Province. We dry-hopped Roam DIPA with hand-selected Freestyle Nelson Sauvin, Freestyle Southern Cross, and Anchovy hops. The resulting beer is unique, with notes of candied watermelon and mango, and a touch of pine and spice in the finish.

This is our Oktoberfest offering. Oktoberfest would have begun in Munich on September 18th but has been canceled this year again. Still, as breweries around the world release their festive offerings a seasonal celebration will occur. Our Märzen is amber in colour with a light sweetness and defined notes of biscuit with a touch of caramel. We utilized the German hop Perle for a well-rounded but restrained bitterness.

We brewed this beer with our friends at Willibald Farm Distillery & Brewery & Distillery in Ary, Ontario. Willibald inspires us by the breadth and quality of what they produce (including a regular offering of top-notch TIPAs). Field Trip Triple IPA is a big beer at 10% ABV, yet it drinks incredibly smooth. Dry-hopped with Superdelic, Citra, and Nelson Sauvin hops, we get delicious tropical fruit, citrus, and candy flavours.

My favourite ON craft brewery, I make a point to stop in here whenever visiting Kingston or passing through on the 401. Excellent IPAs, I love their Gelato Sour series as well. They rent space to a small coffee shop, and often bring in good trucks to the parking lot. You're allowed to bring in outside food. Dog-friendly establishment.

What a fun spot! Just a really chill space, the staff are fantastic, and the beer is delicious. Specifically the double oats and cream- probably in my top ten, very very good. I would highly recommend checking it out. They also had a trivia night and it was very fun, the host was great, funny and entertaining! I would really recommend checking this out if you are in kingston.

A great craft brewery tucked away in an industrial park! Worth the drive, actually very easy to find. They have a good selection of beers. Tried 3 but need to go back to sample more! Nice patio out front. Oh! Great coffee too!!

They make some AMAZING IPA's, DIPA's, and sours (along with other styles). The brewery is bright and spacious. There is a decent amount of patio space, and lots of parking. Prices are very reasonable, and the service is great. One the the best Kingston breweries.
