At 4.7% ABV, this beer was designed for patios, BBQ’s, softball, cottages, beaches, and basically any other summer activity. It has a subtle malt sweetness with hints of orange citrus from the use of Citra hops. The low bitterness level makes this an easy drinking Blonde Ale for those long summer activities.

Style: Wheat Beer - Dunkelweizen

Dunkel is German for "Dark", therefore, in the beer world, a Dunkel generally refers to a dark German lager. Brewing with 100% German malt, this lager displays a deep reddish brown colour, with long lasting creamy tan head. Exhibiting traditional characteristics of Munich malt including notes of toasted bread crusts, our Dunkel is a clean and crisp lager that is very easy to drink and is the perfect transition beer from winter to spring.

A style made famous by breweries on the East Coast, we have taken this style and used New World hops to make a juicy IPA "juicier" with loads of citrus (pineapple, lime, and passion fruit). A Hefeweizen is a refreshing unfiltered German Wheat beer that is pale in colour, but packed full of flavour. For this beer the Brewmaster sits back and lets the yeast do all the work. The refreshing aroma of banana and clove traditionally found in a German Hefeweizen will have you calling this beer a summer tease. A simple 100% German malt bill with grainy malt character derived from wheat and low bitterness balances the yeast characteristics. Let's all sit back and dream of the patio.
