Hazy IPA witj Citra, Eclipse, & Cashmere. This thick, hop saturated treat called Sweetie pours a hazy golden yellow with poofy bubbles. We get delicious aromas of sugar dusted candies and flavours of orange creamsicle, honeydew melon, and a slight lingering touch of vanilla. This full bodied IPA drinks super soft with a clean finish. Skip dessert and have a Sweetie.

Collaboration with Badlands Whipped pours a bright hazy orange with a beautiful lingering head. Fresh New Zealand Nelson Sauvin and Riwaka hops punch the nose with over ripe pineapple and raspberry jam. Flavours of mouth watering citrus fruit salad, peach, passion fruit and Sauvignon blanc grapes pair wonderfully with a super smooth and silky mouthfeel. So delicious we almost don’t want to share!

We are keeping things rolling here with the New Zealand theme! This beer features two of our favourite hops, Citra and Nelson Sauvin, but also a doozy we have been excited to try, Nectaron! What better way to showcase these amazing hops than with a Wood Brothers double IPA collaboration? This DIPA is so soft and so silky with a big luscious mouthfeel combining delicious punchy flavours of canned peaches, passionfruit, and grapefruit. Finishing super clean with a very mild bitterness. This beer is a real treat get your inner good boy.

I am so glad to have discovered this brewery, a gem tucked away in the back corner of a building. We stopped at the Empire Inn Bistro for coffee and saw this brewery. Pkew! beer is the best beer I've had so far, this is the kind of beer I like. I'm sorry I didn't try the Oatshark as well, I definitely will next time. My girlfriend really liked the Gusher beer and I bought some for my son. He told me he liked it very much. He still has Bubbs to taste. Can't wait to visit again and taste more beers. Congratulations to the brewmaster!

If you're in Bloomfield, this is a must visit. The guys here have a range of interesting stuff and always something new. Great vibes too. You've got to try Gusher - their lactose intolerant friendly smoothie beer. And their IPAs are always bangers.

Fantastic new addition to the PEC brewery community. Specializes in hazy IPAs and killer sours, but they have a beer for every taste. Fun atmosphere, friendly service, have to add this to your brewery tour stop next time you're in town!

We're usually not beer drinkers , but saw the reviews and had to check it out for ourselves! The beers are unique and absolutely phenomenal! The sour beers are definitely one of the tastiest drinks we've had! Ryan was extremely friendly and even took time to let us know of some of the local restaurants not to miss out on! Will definitely return!
