Hatch is a refreshing Pale Ale with a nice citrus nose and notes of melon and orange. It’s soft and balanced with a low bitterness. It packs in a lot of the hop flavour and aroma you would expect from an IPA, but at only 5.2% ABV. You’ll like it!

Super Sunset is an easy drinking Pale Ale that is made with some of our favourite fruity hops. It's loaded with citrus and tropical fruit aromatics but is low in bitterness and has a hint of sweetness. It's sunset in a can!

This Pilsner has a light straw and bready flavour with a hint of sweetness that finishes with an appropriate bitterness. We take our time with each batch by lagering it for six weeks and carbonating it naturally.

WooHoo is our Czech-Style Pilsner. We use a traditional decoction mash to get a more characterful malt flavour. A generous amount of Saaz hops are added to the kettle, which gives the beer an inviting aroma and a moderate bitterness. It spends 8 weeks cold-conditioning and is naturally carbonated.

Big Mac is our BIGGEST beer yet. Leave it to our friends at Blood Brothers to push the limits of what we do. This Double IPA was brewed in collaboration with Blood Brothers Brewing to celebrate Slake's 4th anniversary. It's dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin hops with 50% more hops than our regular IPAs. We get BIG and bright citrus and stone fruit aromatics and it tastes like ripe fruit. It's full bodied but very slakeable for an 8% beer Big Mac was named after Mac, one of the horses that lives on the farm here. Mac is known to be a bit of an escape artist. He finally persuaded us into naming a beer after him.

Easy is a lager for those times you just want a beer without thinking about it too hard. It's sessionable, easy drinking, and super slakeable, with a mild bitterness and a good malt backbone. Clean and crisp! Compared to our pilsners, this is an even more approachable and lower bitterness lager that goes down super easy.

Collab with Badlands Brewing. Brewed with New Zealand Hops from Freestyle Hops. We used a hop product called Mega Motueka that made the beer taste and smell like a delicious fruit smoothie. Then we dry-hopped it with a good dose of Nelson Sauvin (sauvignon blanc juice vibes) and NZ Cascade (welch’s grape juice vibes) to make this incredibly soft, full-bodied, delicious IPA. This is as good as it gets. We don't have much.

Friends is an IPA that we brewed in collaboration with our friends (get it?) at Dominion City Brewing in Ottawa. We dry-hopped with a ton of Strata hops and threw in some Citra for good measure. It's easy drinking with a big stone fruit and citrus zest nose, and tastes like vibrant pink grapefruit! Like all of our beers, it is made with 100% Ontario malt.

Beautiful views and crispy brews! The highlight of this spot is most certainly the atmosphere. The brewery sits on at the top of the hill and has large windows which gives a beautiful view of the sunset and surrounding area. We tried a few beers all were great. We also bought the tacos, but they were not as delicious as we had hoped. Ultimately, a great space serving up pints and I can't wait to visit again!

Came here on the weekend. It's a beautiful brewery, elevated on a hill with picturesque views all around. We came just in time for sunset, was the highlight of our weekend! Staff is super friendly and the location has lots of indoor and outdoor space and places to sit ! Really enjoyed the Peachy IPA, would definetly come back !

Located in the postcardesque Prince Edward County, this brewery is a gem. The stunning view from the hilltop is breathtaking and the setting is perfect. The brewery itself is neat and welcoming, with a staff that truly makes you feel at home. Their warmth and friendliness were definitely a highlight of our visit. While the beers were enjoyable, they didn't stand out as exceptional. However, the value for the price was impressive. A fantastic bonus was the amazing tacos from Rebel Tacos, who have a spot within the brewery. The gluten-free options were the main reason we visited, and they did not disappointthey were delicious! We'll definitely be coming back!

Dropped by Slake Brewery for their Cherry Seltzer and other beers with my family of 6. Lots of parking!! We loved the open concept Interior design overlooking a beautiful viewpoint of PEC. They have a taco place called Rebel Taco which is the same thing as the brewery. They're both in the same location despite the Google maps location. Fun cozy vibe. Washrooms were clean. Staff was friendly for our off-season visit.

Beautiful grounds and views of the area. We sampled Peachy IPA and Burd Rice beer and they were both fun. Had some tacos and quesadillas too, they were fine, a little pricy, hence why the 4*.
