Brewed primarily for the GCBF. This IPA was formulated with classic English malts used along with traditional hops from the UK and Europe. David Beardsell : I put this beer together to maybe show what an IPA of 150 years ago would taste like. All malt from the UK including some Smoked malt from Warminster ( All malt back then was kilned over a wood or peat fire and would have has some sort of smoke taste.) Starting Gravity was 1.080 Finishing was 1.016 for an ABV of 8.4% acl/vol Hops are Bramling Cross, Goldings East Kent Goldings and Styrian Goldings. Total IBU's are 93 The casks will be fined with Isinglass.

All the staff were nice and the food was good as always. Had the truffle mac and cheese, and the dirty chaitini. My server (I think her name was Ashley) was really friendly, attentive, and recommended good food options for me to try. My visit was great and she really made my day.

This is a lovely location to end the evening after a day riding the rails with the Rocky Mountaineer. Our server was lovely, attentive, and quick to offer 'best of the menu' suggestions. We tried the Bees Knees pizza - a hand tossed pepperoni with basil and honey that paired well with their Better than Homework IPA. We also added the Free Bird sandwich with the notorious Mac n cheese. The free bird was wonderfully crispy with a light homemade slaw. The chicken had hints of cumin and quite tasty. The mac n cheese was rich, tasty, and filling. If looking for local, late night eats this is one not to pass up.

I visited this fine establishment yesterday to catch up with a dear friend from my previous job and I loved every moment of it! The cozy design, lovely and welcoming stuff, the delicious food (a special thank you for having a whole gluten-free menu) and high quality drinks really made it an evening to remember. Yet what took it to the whole new level was our lovely waitress Ashley B - perfectly professional and kind with impeccable timing that made us feel welcome and properly looked after while we were able to carry out a pleasant conversation. This will be my new favourite place to go to. As for Ashley - please do not let anyone ever take your smile away for you are truly precious!

Wowwhat an incredible first experience at Noble Pig! I brought my family after hearing amazing things, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. Our server, Emma, was truly outstanding. She was not only bubbly and welcoming but also incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. She helped us navigate the options with great suggestions and made the whole experience feel so personal. Emma also shared how much the restaurant values sourcing local produce, which made us appreciate the care and effort behind every dish even more. From the warm atmosphere to the exceptional service, Noble Pig exceeded all our expectations. We'll definitely be back!

Very poor. Came in on Friday early Evening. Got sat in the back room like a naughty boy, it almost like they were trying to hide us, took some time for a server to come and find us. We ordered appetizers and mains, drinks: apples and drinks came efficiently. Hence the 2 starts Mains took over a hour on a relatively quiet Friday evening: we had the weird tuna chickpea thing and 2 house burgers. The weird tuna thing is a mistake that needs to be removed from the menu, The burgers we absolutely garbage I would have sent them back but I did not have another hour to waste; we were going to hockey game: Over cooked burnt and zero love or flavor, both burger looked like they came from different restaurants, very tiny patties compared to the buns. They were soo over cooked it was like eating sawdust. Unfortunately I did eat most of it and regretted it the next day: Advice is to skip the place if you want good food: Beer was good.
