ABV: 9.2 IBU: 70
Double Pale Ale named for the way brewmaster David Beardsell's head explodes when things inevitably go wrong. This beer is a testament to the realities of running a small business and the ability to adapt, as we had to get creative when a brew went awry (ie. add a whole lot of hops) to produce a brand new product!

Really fabulous, friendly service. Welcomed us as soon as we walked in. Great beer and gin (tried a bunch and all were tasty and nicely done especially the Kamloops Common, Black IPA, Brut IPA and the Kraanbere). Extra marks for the heated dog-friendly patio. Stocked up on off sales and will be stopping by again next time we're in Kamloops!

Great downtown patio. Dog friendly, good music, and good vibes. Definitely one of the best patios in Kamloops!

Red Collar Brewery is a fantastic brewery with a great selection of beers and a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the service is excellent. The beer is top-notch, with a range of styles and flavors to suit every taste. The brewery itself is clean and well-maintained, and the seating areas are comfortable and spacious. Overall, I highly recommend Red Collar Brewery to anyone looking for a great beer experience.

Great atmosphere and you can your Bork Bork along and if you love them just as much, and you feel inclined, bring your children. Erin was my bartender she even had a drink of her own making featured on the menu and it was delicious. Added bonus theres cool merch for your pooch

Love coming here. Classy, warm and inviting brewery. Great place to celebrate. Not a big snack menu but you can order out which is different. Enjoy a flight of gin or beer, and take home a growler of choice. Hope the Spicy Gin Daisy comes back soon, in my opinion it is the best kissing drink
