I have been disappointed when the new owner took over but not like this... yesterday I went there to the offsale about 5 pm and the doors were locked but open sign and hours on the window said they were open so I tried the front doors of the pub... all were locked, the owner and his work buddies we're sitting on the patio smoking and laughed at me when I tried to open the locked doors which clearly said they were open. I don't think any customer should be treated this way and I wills not be returning. Also last time I went it was a little late but my one of my best friends knows the owner so we went for her birthday and Travis refused to serve us a water and kept inturpting me saying that I'm not serving anyone anymore in his defence it was almost closing time but listen to your customers and give them a water when they ask for it.....

It was advertised online that wings were only $5 there that day. We went there and they charged us full price and said that was 5-6 months ago. Manager with greasy long hair told us thats pretty not his fault. Hello? Its your business so wouldnt you have gotten that taken off there?
My friend says "Fine, we'll pay the bill but we're not coming back.'
His response? "I'd appreciate that!" Appreciate what? That we pay the bill or not come back?
Not to mention the 3 orders of lemon pepper wings were dry as hell, we had to order more lemon.
Good customer service but the manager is an a**hole!

They have been slowing going down hill over the last year. If not for the friendly staff the review would be much worse. The food is okay at the best of times and they keep removing all the best deals. I never want to go back as I can find better food most other places.

We used to always come for the pizza and beer deal ($10 all in). Loved it! We'd always have a couple extra beer too. Now the deal is gone, so we won't be returning. End of an era :(

I only come here sometimes to buy off-sale. Really inexpensive vodka, which is their own brand called French Laundry. Otherwise a promising craft beer selection, a few coolers' options like Caesars and Smirnoff Sangria, and a selection of basic wine. It is more costly than SLGA, except their own stuff, but there's a Macs in the same strip mall so you can buy snacks and mix quite handily! Another bonus is that it feels like it's always open. I'm telling ya Regina could be in the midst of a demon-dealt apocalypse on a stat holiday, and this place would still be open.
