Style: IPA - White / Wheat
ABV: 5 IBU: 30
Our White IPA is big on citrus and fruity hop flavours and low on bitterness. We piled American hops on top of a bready malt base made of 50% wheat malt, lending this beer its distinctive hazy appearance. At 5% abv and only 30 IBU, this beer is citrusy and refreshing - a real crowd pleaser.

This well balanced IPA has the “right stuff” to get you to the moon and back. Space Cadet IPA has a smooth but firm bitterness without bite. Late kettle additions and a dry hop of Centennial and Simcoe lend aromas of grapefruit, pine and subtle fruitiness. ??

We used our fancy hop egg to steep this beer in copious amounts of flaked toasted coconut creating a nice nutty profile in this light and slightly creamy porter. It's a far cry from a pina colada , but damn it, it hits the spot!

Piney, citrus and herbal. A healthy addition of malted rye gives this a subtle spicy finish. The dark colored malts add a twist to your typical IPA malt bill, without being overly roasty.

A relatively mild European-style that is malt forward and a bit toasty. The malt is kept in check by a low-level bitterness and subtle hop character making for an easy drinking beer. This lager is restrained enough for the casual lager drinker but flavourful enough to appeal the craft beer aficionado.

Our Cranberry Kettle Sour is a beer that will open a new world of flavours to both craft beer neophytes and the seasoned connoisseur alike. Kettle soured over the course of two days, we then add over 60kg of all natural cranberries. These days crafter brewers use hops to mimic all sorts of fruit flavours in beer. But sometimes, you just need the real thing. A beautifully crisp blonde ale with real Blood Orange added to take the citrus flavour to new heights.

We had our wedding reception at Pile O Bones Brewing. It was absolutely beautiful. A wonderful relaxed vibe. The staff were amazing. The evening included brewery tours, pinball (which all the kids loved), dancing (the staff acted as DJ as well), amazing food and wonderful service. If you are looking for a great casual wedding venue, I highly recommend this location. Thank you Pile O Bones for making our wedding day fantastic!

Was visiting Regina, and this place was recommended to us. We started with beers since this is a brewery, and they didn't disappoint. This place was busy but the service was fast. The menu is small but packs a lot of amazing options. I opted for the chicken burger which really was amazing in taste and size. The beer I had is the IPA white, very tasty not as strong as the double IPA which also carries a punch but just as great taste. Staff are great, always on the go and no tables had to wait. This establishment is highly recommended when visiting Regina.

First time visiting Regina. Pile O Bones was awesome to our young hockey team. Great location. Close to the Brandt Centre and our hotel. The players enjoyed the pinball machines. The parents enjoyed the beverages. It was a great afternoon between games. Thank you for accommodating our team!

Not your run of the mill pub fare, oh no! I went here for lunch with a couple of coworkers because the menu looked intriguing. I had the O.P. Burger with onion jam, tomato aioli, pickled tomatillo, and a side of drunken fries with truffle emulsion. Mouth watering yet!? One of my buddies had a Cubano - Koji pork belly, ham cured pork schnitzel, chimichurri mayo, and a side of cheddar and ale soup. Last but not least, the Korean Fried Sando, with chicken fried chicken, gochuchang bbq sauce, kimchi coleslaw, spicy kewpie mayo and more drunken fries. TO. DIE. FOR. Everything was hot, fresh, tasty, zingy, and hit the spot. I know these guys get a lot of wonderful beer reviews, and I think the food reviews rate right up there, too! Service was also wonderful.

When traveling, my husband and I love to explore local breweries, and Pile O' Bones Brewing should absolutely be at the top of your list if you're visiting Regina. Everything about this place is awesome! The beer selection is fantastic, offering something for every taste, and the food is absolutely delicious. It's clear they take pride in their menu, with dishes that are actually cooked, not just deep-fried, and the presentation is amazing. Our waitress was lovely, taking the time to answer all of our questions with a smile. The patio is a great spot to relax, and we couldn't help but chuckle at the electric bug zappers they cleverly placed on each table. We will definitely be back, and next time, we're bringing our family and friends. Highly recommend
