On the way to Balnea Spa, we stopped at Le Sage Brasseur in Cowansville. Robin and his wife Shirley Ann were super hospitable in letting us in at closing time, taking the time to share their knowledge of the area, and serving us some of the incredible beer. We had a fantastic experimental IPA brewed with a single hop, some really lovely beer brewed with black currants (I don't usually like fruit beers, but this one was excellent), and a really smooth Wit beer with hints of orange and spice. They also serve food. A most excellent experience and highly recommended!!!

We really enjoyed every beer we tried and everything is available in cans for take out. We will definitely go back and bring some friends with us! Bring your own food or order locally and have it delivered there. Excellent service too.

I can't believe I forgot to write a review for this, but anyway, I have been there in April 2023, and it was a great place. The drinks were great, the atmosphere was nice, and the owner/brewer was very friendly and talked to us about the beers they were making and answered the questions we had. Great place, would definitely recommend!

Absolutely amazing microbrewery! Fantastic products, the staff is warm and friendly and so fast! The owner runs the place hands on and is super friendly and professional very knowledgeable about his beer. 10/10 would recommend and we will be returning.
