Hatch is a refreshing Pale Ale with a nice citrus nose and notes of melon and orange. It’s soft and balanced with a low bitterness. It packs in a lot of the hop flavour and aroma you would expect from an IPA, but at only 5.2% ABV. You’ll like it!

This Pilsner has a light straw and bready flavour with a hint of sweetness that finishes with an appropriate bitterness. We take our time with each batch by lagering it for six weeks and carbonating it naturally.

Style: Pilsner - Czech / Bohemian

WooHoo is our Czech-Style Pilsner. We use a traditional decoction mash to get a more characterful malt flavour. A generous amount of Saaz hops are added to the kettle, which gives the beer an inviting aroma and a moderate bitterness. It spends 8 weeks cold-conditioning and is naturally carbonated.

Big Mac is our BIGGEST beer yet. Leave it to our friends at Blood Brothers to push the limits of what we do. This Double IPA was brewed in collaboration with Blood Brothers Brewing to celebrate Slake's 4th anniversary. It's dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin hops with 50% more hops than our regular IPAs. We get BIG and bright citrus and stone fruit aromatics and it tastes like ripe fruit. It's full bodied but very slakeable for an 8% beer Big Mac was named after Mac, one of the horses that lives on the farm here. Mac is known to be a bit of an escape artist. He finally persuaded us into naming a beer after him.

Meadow is an easy drinking lager dry-hopped with a large amount of Simcoe hops. Its medium body is soft on the palate and has big citrus and berry aromatics. Meadow drinks a bit lighter than our Pale Ales but still lets the hops be front and centre. Brewed with 100% Ontario malt, exclusively from Barn Owl Malt just 50km from us.

Easy is a lager for those times you just want a beer without thinking about it too hard. It's sessionable, easy drinking, and super slakeable, with a mild bitterness and a good malt backbone. Clean and crisp! Compared to our pilsners, this is an even more approachable and lower bitterness lager that goes down super easy.

Collab with Badlands Brewing. Brewed with New Zealand Hops from Freestyle Hops. We used a hop product called Mega Motueka that made the beer taste and smell like a delicious fruit smoothie. Then we dry-hopped it with a good dose of Nelson Sauvin (sauvignon blanc juice vibes) and NZ Cascade (welch’s grape juice vibes) to make this incredibly soft, full-bodied, delicious IPA. This is as good as it gets. We don't have much.

Winter Lager. Toast. Hygge. Nice Fleece is an amber lager. It pours a beautiful amber colour with a white fluffy head. The flavour is malt-forward with some sweetness. It has a toasty & bready character. It finishes with a light bitterness that balances the malt. Enjoy!
