Style: Lager - Helles
ABV: 4.7 IBU: 18
Clean tasting for those hot summer days but complex enough to be enjoyed all year long. Our organic lager is a Munich Helles Lager, German for "bright" and it's that plus more. It’s maltier and breadier than its Czech-style counterpart providing great body that's balanced by the Sterling hop. This tasty hop is a North American varietal that imparts the German hop aromas of spice and herbs and balances out the sweetness of the malt. Available on tap, in bottles, and in cans year round.

This is a malt-forward and sessionable amber ale that delivers a refreshing taste of Ontario. It has some of the qualities of an English Pale Ale with a focus on the aromas of the hops rather than their bittering qualities. The amber colouring is derived from the Organic Newdale Barley which is grown and malted in Guelph, Ontario. The name of the beer harkens to a few things that are representative of our brewery – a worker’s collective and a focus on local ingredients. All the ingredients in this bottle are sourced from within 117 KMs of our brewery. All ingredients in this beer are traceable to a farmer. All ingredients in this beer are organic or transitional organic.

Brewed with unmalted heritage wheat and infused with orange zest, coriander, and chamomile this is a beer that boldy proclaims that summer has arrived. It has hints of banana and cloves owing to the characteristics of the beer yeast used and the decision to leave it unfiltered. This approach is also responsible for the characteristic haze. A refreshing drink on any warm summer day. Available on tap, in bottles, and in growlers!

I absolutely love this spot! Weekends in London wouldn't be complete without a visit here. They always have something going on, from fun activities to the best live musicand let's not forget the amazing beer. I even caught a band on video that completely blew me away. Highly recommend checking this place

Kudos for trying to brew something different than most of the London area brewers, but I just finished your Organic Black Lager. It had a very chemical and metallic taste that is staying with me. I can't recommend it.

Our sixth and final brewery on our weekend jaunt to London, and we definitely saved the best for last, both in its' atmosphere and brews!!! This would be my go to brewery if I lived in the city..
