Style: IPA - American
ABV: 6.5 IBU: 60
Our IPA is a light blonde colour with a slightly malty backbone balanced by a smooth bitterness, and accentuated by refreshing citrus and tropical notes of North American hops. IPAs, short for India Pale Ales, were traditionally stronger, highly hopped versions of British ales made to survive the long voyage to India. The British troops stationed in India became accustomed to these ales, and upon returning home wanted the local brewers to make more of these India Pale Ales. Try pairing this IPA with big, bold tasting foods like an Indian curry, some spicy fajitas, a nice chunk of well grilled meat, or a rich chocolate cake.

A brewery beside a climbing gym! What a great idea. The service here was amazing! The beers were great. I really liked the Nitro Stout. The atmosphere and food was awesome. I had a chicken dish which was great! I'd highly recommend this place if your visiting London!

It used to be a Great beer! Must be all the GMO corn that goes into it now My father in law just brought me a case from Canada. 2 beers later. MASSIVE HEADACHE. Please start using organic ingredients maybe one day I can enjoy my cream ale again God Bless!

Great brewery offering many always available staples as well as something new each time you visit. The beer is top notch! The tap room isn't overly big providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, but because of its size can get pretty busy, especially on weekends. The food, albeit a limited menu is good as well. I recommend the Cheddar bacon smash. It has to be one of the best burgers I've had in a long time! Now that they have a patio, added bonus is they allow dogs. "We encourage them" staff told us!

A sleeper craft brewery in London, Ontario. I know craft breweries but this one slipped my radar until summer 2024. Well, back again, on a Sunday, it was busy but in a friendly sort of way. Picked up a variety pack to take to my future son in law in Wisconsin. Also, saw the Carrot Cake Stout. Okay, I will take 6. On my 3rd one. Not overall sweet. Has carrots in it!! Liquid carrot cake. Pretty darn close but overall, a very good stout. I love stouts. Definitely getting some more. Check this hidden gem out!! Cheers.
