Let’s face it… Nobody wants to ride the pines. Everyone wants to be a starter, and the best of the best want to stay in the game until it’s over. Our The Starter Session IPA is just the kind of beer a coach could rely on, day in, day out, to get the job done. With a crisp and citrusy profile, our Galaxy hop driven IPA screams high draft pick beer stud, while its low 4.8 % ABV gives it the stamina to go the whole session, no matter how formidable the competition. So stay in the game while the other guys sit panting on the bench. It’s a character thing!

Yes, we know he was number 7 and yes, it is a long story. Our traditional Ukrainian Dunkel is true to the original with a nutty, toasted chocolate malt sweetness and medium bitterness. A beer as stunning, bittersweet and complex as Kyiv itself, our Shevchenko 9, like the great Chelsea and Ukrainian striker, celebrates history, flair and just a touch of the dramatic!

During our grand opening we created a "create a beer" poll which allowed everyone to vote on a style of beer they would like to see brewed at Four Father's. The votes were tallied and a "Balanced Lager with Crystal hops and Oats was chosen". Hesepeler spoke and we answered! "It Takes A Village" channels our communities wishes and transforms them into a wonderfully clean lager with notes of banana, orchard fruit and hay. It is clean and balanced and ready for everyone to enjoy.

The wee man is a feckin’ scoundrel. Worse, there’s four of them! The very thought of it. Taking a perfectly acceptable traditional red ale, adding rye (of all things) and hopping the bejesus out of it with fruit forward Amarillo and Mosaic hops. Hops?! Must be more of that Celtic tiger blogshite if you ask me. And don’t think yer nothin’ special just because you happen to make a beer that actually tastes good, Fancy Dan. like I said… yer a wee gobshite… A Rye based Irish Red bittered with columbus hops, and finished with a generous dose of Mosaic and Amarillo. Spicy rye malt, and bread crust flavour dominates, followed by a fruity and melon flavour from the hops. Dry hopped with Mosaic and Columbus for a fruity and pine forward aroma.

Visited here on a road trip on my way to Detroit/Windsor end of Nov 2024. If this place was in the York region near where I reside I will be visiting frequently. The food was great, the variety of beer was all fantastic. The day we visited there was to be a trivia night as well which was very exciting and you can tell that was a hit as well. The staff were absolutely great providing advice and tailoring to our needs. What made this place stand out personally for me, was 1. the location being a standalone and not in a plaza with lots of parking. 2. The table tennis table and many board games options 3. The separated area that you can reserve for corporate events 4. The fact that you can purchase sauces and beer to take home that they made and use in their food and drinks 5. The pickleball facility they also have on location

I've been here a handful of times, and it never disappoints! There are always a few new brews to try, and they've never let us down. The service is always great, and the space is warm and welcoming. It's a great stop for us whenever we pass through Cambridge.

We really enjoyed the atmosphere at both the pickleball courts and the brewery side. The staff was friendly and welcoming at both. The pickleball courts are great, good lighting and nets to prevent balls from going everywhere! There is also a snack bar and accessories to purchase. On the brewery side there are shirts and hats to purchase and the dinning area is lovely. Loved all the hanging lights. The food was excellent and the beer was tasty. Would definitely go back!
