At Sparrow we love IPA! We love trying different versions of this style from as many different sources as we can. Recently we tried some IPA's with a new to us yeast strain and we absolutely loved the results. We decided to use this new yeast in our Stangers DIPA and selected Citra and Riwaka for the dry hop. This beer is delicious and expressive without the typical hazy look of our others IPAs.

9.1% Pastry sour. Small batch on 252 pounds of strawberry, pineapple, and pink guava. Sweet and slightly sour dessert beer with lactose. Nothing artificial. Pastry means sweet like a dessert. Just enough sour to balance the sweet. Heavy fruit for nose and flavour.
