Style: Pale Ale - American
ABV: 5.7 IBU: 40
A pale ale with a twist of rye, Riptide is made for the beer drinker that likes big flavour. The bold hop flavours blend well with the addition of rye, which lends a creamy mouthfeel and a slightly spicy finish to this hop-forward, yet well-balanced beer.

Style: Blonde / Golden Ale - Other
ABV: 4.7 IBU: 28
An easy-drinking, sessionable beer that balances the sweetness of malted barley and the bitterness from North American hops. The use of a unique hop combination added late in the boil is responsible for the citrus flavour and aroma.

ABV: 4.5 IBU: 23
Citra Rhubarb Wheat This light, refreshing American Wheat beer is a completely different take on a wheat beer. Tropical fruit in the nose and flavour pair perfectly with the slight tartness from the rhubarb. This is one smooth and quaffable beer!

Can a great beer transcend time and space? Can it bring together people in ways not explainable by science? If any beer could do that, it would be this one. Interstellar IPA was created in honour of 'Oumuamua - the very first interstellar object ever detected in our Solar System and discovered by Londoner Rob Weryk in 2017. Lighter in both colour and body, this IPA show cases fruity, dank, and citrus characteristics.

ABV: 9.1 IBU: 100
On October 15, 1777, Lord John Graves Simcoe took command of the Queen's Rangers . It was a well-trained light infantry unit comprising 11 companies of 30 men. The Queen's Rangers saw extensive action during the Philadelphia campaign, including a successful surprise attack (planned and executed by Simcoe) at the Battle of Crooked Billet. The Queen's Rangers still exist today as the Queen's York Rangers, now an armoured reconnaissance regiment of the Canadian Forces reserves. Our Queen's Ranger is a 9% ABV double IPA with over 100 IBU and as many late/dry hops as we could pack in. It reinforces Lord Simcoe's Revenge (our 7% ABV, 65+ IBU IPA) and pays homage to a proud history.

This isn't your average sour beer! We start with a rye saison that blends the flavours of clove with the spiciness of the rye. Then we put it to bed in a red wine barrel and let our special sour blend work its magic for several months. The result is a wonderfully tart and spicy package that will titillate the senses!

Style: Schwarzbier
ABV: 5.2 IBU: 13
Quick! Make some space tracks to our retail store and pour some Liquid Schwartz in your emergency tank! Liquid Schwartz is the third and final beer in our first ever lager series. Schwarzbier has been brewed in central Germany since the middle ages, and no wonder why! It's delicious! Think roasty pilsner and you've pretty much got it. Not as deep and bitter as a stout or porter, but still has some of those classic flavours. A light to medium body, with plenty of dark chocolatey notes lasting right through to the finish this is a great beer to ease yourself into the winter weather.

Style: Stout - English
ABV: 5.5 IBU: 30
An English-style stout with a fuller and creamier body than other commercial dry stouts. The dark grains combine with a light malt sweetness to give the impression of chocolate or coffee, though all of these flavours come from the barley itself. Jet black with a persistant tan head, this 5.3% ABV beer gives you all the flavour you expect from a proper stout, with a gentle sweetness to balance the assertive roast.

Find yourself pining for the fjords lately? Dead Parrot is an Olde English Ale that has been "resting" in red wine barrels for nearly a year, half of that with Foodland Ontario Red Tart Cherries. 7.7% ABV, and tastes like a combination of sour cherry and raisin pies. Oh my!

Juicy hop notes of orangey citrus and tropical fruit with a resiny undercurrent, held together with a light biscuit and caramel grainy backbone. Full disclosure: this easy-drinking dry-hopped ale can make it tough to get out of bed the next morning!

Viva Puffs, Is there a better combo? Rich Chocolate, sweet Marshmallow, and Raspberry work on so many levels. Here's our take, a Chocolate Raspberry flavoured sweet Stout! 6.5%ABV is just enough to balance out the sweetness and decadent flavourings. Pouring jet back with a dense mocha head, this one is sure to please. Dessert in a glass, absolutely!

Oops! This winter weather might *just* be our fault. We went and brewed up a delicious New England IPA with the foreboding name "SnowBlind". Super hazy and super hoppy, it's like a citrusy blizzard.... a tropical snowmageddon, perhaps? Forget about the white in the air and on the ground- get SnowBlind.

We were happy to work with Tom on this beer, our first IIIPA. While it wasn't actually the winning recipe, we let him decide on what style of beer he wanted to do and developed this with him. We used about 70lbs of hops in this one batch, mostly Columbus, Centennial, Cascade, and Amarillo. Dangerously smooth.

Amazing beers! They truly have one of my favourite styles ranging from light German lagers to fancy fruited stouts. Best thing about this spot is their warm and welcoming atmosphere made by their staff. Lindsay and Cindy are absolute beauties. They know what they are doing, they are extremely knowledgable on the beers they are pouring out. Totally impressed, I'll be back for sure. Also, I hope I didn't butcher their names.

How has it taken me so long to write a review of this magical little spot? When you spend 10 minutes or more here, I think one of the first things that comes to mind is family. The staff are a tight unit and treat the customers like one of their own. They do a great job mixing things up with a variety of events and activities (many of them family friendly). The beer itself is also top notch and they are always releasing new and exciting concoctions for the tap room. If you're just travelling through town solo and looking for a place to instantly make a new group of friends, you'll do very well here. If you're local and haven't been here here yet, it's time to change that!

Came for a pinball tournament and loved it. Certainly the place to go for pinball in London with many Insider connected games. The beer and staff are top notch as well. If I lived in London I'd be a regular here
