What a disappointing experience. We came here yesterday for a quick lunch after the Apple Blossom Festival and were thoroughly disappointed with the service and the food. We had eaten at the Wolfville location in the past and had loved it, we thought this would be similar in quality, but we were sadly mistaken. Not only was our server rather rude, but the food was awful. My uncle ordered a chicken fettuccine pasta that was so bland, he could hardly eat a few bites. We tried it and was surprised at how awful it was. My mother ordered a fish with side of chicken and rice soup. Fish was fine but the soup was terribly salty. I ordered chicken fingers and fries, and was surprised at the nugget sized portion of the chicken. When our server asked if we needed a box for the pasta and we told her no, because it didn't taste good, she looked irritable, and just took the bowl with the other plates and left. The bathrooms were filthy. They didn't have actual garbage cans but rather just 2 clear bags tied up on hooks on the wall. There was used paper towel and garbage all over the floor. (The plate in the photo with the chicken fingers is about an 8 inch saucer, not a full sized dinner plate. So you can imagine my surprise that a kid's meal sized meal was $15.) Would not recommend. It was not worth the $80+ dollars for lunch for 3 people.

Went again yesterday. Great service and it didn't take long even during supper hours . Chicken burgers was delicious and the quesadillas were also great. Big enough for some lunch leftovers

Sept 30, 2023 - Rosie's Restaurant My wife and I brought my parents here for a slightly early supper. My mother had the three cheese lasagna. I didn't taste it, but it looked very good. My mother is a small woman, but she ate it all. She had to take her salad home though. My father had the 10 oz rib eye steak with baked potato. We ordered the steak medium, which he's always had in the past (here and elsewhere). It looked perfectly done. He did change his mind and wanted it medium well, and after taking it away, it soon came back medium well. Unfortunately a good baked potato seems to be impossible to find anywhere I have tried in the valley. He ate about half of that, but otherwise cleaned his plate. My wife had the two piece fish and chips, with a side of gravy. It was as good as ever! I had the hot chicken sandwich with fries. It was really good, though a little light on gravy. I snapped a picture after I added ketchup and ate a fry or two. Service was a little slow, but they had a large birthday party, and it sounded like they were preparing for another large seating. Overall it was a good meal! June 2/2023 - Paddy's Irish Brewpub I stopped with my father for a drink and a rest after going for a stroll. We sat at the bar and chatted and had a drink together. I really really wish I had grabbed the receipt so I had the lady's name at the bar. She was beyond great. For the owner/manager, it was around 3pm.

First time eating here. Wonderful service (thank you Sharon). It was a full house still we didn't have to wait long for our food to be served & my meal was delicious. I had the half rack of ribs with wings. I chose Greek salad as my side - also had the choice of baked beans or coleslaw. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Kentville.

Location is excellent in the town, there are free parking around the restaurant. Layouts and decorations, I see they need to be upgraded. cleanliness is within expectations, as soon as client moves, they spray the Tae and clean it well. Waiting for the service, they were quick to come and serve the client Waiting for orders, the timing plausible and within expectations, my experience that we didn't wait long time to get the food. Waitress, take the order professional and we'll knowledge about the dishes. Food test, based on my experience and my , all agreed that the food was rich, we all couldn't finish the plates, cooked well and delicious. The burgers wasn't 100% but in general it is very good. Prices were reasonable and affordable $$ Conclusion, if you are there, you will like it.
