Dry hopped with mosaic, citra and sultana. Big tropical, sweet fruit, pineapple and pink guava. Just like a snare buzz, it's the satisfaction of being in-tune. Pitched high or tuned down low, it's that fat 70s sound that everyone loves.

Layers of caramel, toast and toffee mingle to create an easy drinking red ale. 808 is a drum machine sound from the '80s that uses analogues sounds that are very distinct and changed the music industry. This beer pairs well with Psycho Killer by the Talking Heads and Sexual Healing by Marvin Gaye

We know what you’re thinking: “I could really go for a delicious and citrusy mimosa right now, but I also want a refreshing witbier.” Well have we got the solution for you! To add another layer, we blended real calamansi puree and concentrated orange juice together, giving it an elevated citrus flavour. We’re not saying this will pair perfectly with your next brunch date, but we’re also not NOT saying that either. So grab some friends, hit a patio and enjoy.

It all started with the jazz drummers in Louisiana and a young man who was inspired by their techniques to get a smooth, buttery drum roll sound. That young man's name was Buddy Rich and the drum roll became part of his signature drumming style. This Oat Cream DIPA is smooth and pillowy with notes of peach fuzz, pink lemonade & lemon curd. Hot Side Hops: Citra Dry Hops: Luminosa, Cashmere & HBC-1019

Winter is the death of summer, but instead of being bummed out, we’re celebrating the long dark nights by raising a glass. In honour of the cold season, we’re releasing a dirge for daylight, a celebration of long midnights. Our oatmeal stout features delicious coffee notes, with the oats adding a velvety texture. We added blueberries for a little added fun and in honour of summers passing.

Wyrd Bier 2025 Edition. Inspired by matcha latte, we created a super juicy IPA with loads of oats and a touch of lactose for a creamy, silky mouthfeel. We dry hopped it with Alora & Citra for a peach, yuzu explosion and added a premium grade matcha to compliment. It's vibrant green, it's delicious and by far the most expensive beer that we've ever made! Cheers.

Hazies are a great canvas to explore a seemingly infinite amount of flavours. You can have so many notes played at one time, like a delicious Medley. We consider hazies a great way to experiment with hop expressions. For this reason, we consider it a polyphonic beer style, or rather "polyHOPic". Trust us, this beer is much better than our terrible puns. We get notes of ripe nectarine, papaya, citrus yuzu & white grape with a creamy texture that leaves you wanting more. Hot Side Hops: Mosaic Incognito, Citra Dry Hops: Enigma, Rakau

The Fender Stratocaster is one of the most iconic electric guitar models of all-time. Its shape and 3-pickup design pioneered electric guitars to this very day. Consider this Hazy an homage to some of the greatest guitars players and their choice of axe. We hope you enjoy how this beer shreds, and the flavour erupts like a sunburst. Fun fact: the didgeridoo is thought to be one of the oldest wind instruments in the world. Its influence extends well past its traditional roots and draws direct lines of influence to dubstep. Okay, maybe not a direct line.. But we won’t deny the synergy of the two. We also won’t deny how much we love this pairing of Himilayan pink salt and bright loomis (black limes).

Inspired by its name-sake, the Imperial LP was designed to tell a story. This complex stout engages its audience with big milk chocolate roasted notes, nutty malt character and layered coffee tones. Just as the Long Play album gives room for musician to explore themes and expressions, this Imperial Stout allows us to express our artistic side through the richness of malts and hopping. Grab your favourite concept album, throw on some head phones, and enjoy our 2nd itteration of Polyrhythm LPs.

Stopped as i seen a sign for hot dogs. I could not read the sign to know why i was turning but turned out to be a brewery that had beer too. Ordered a dog and got a beer. It is a perfect atmosphere upstairs. Music volume acceptable for nice friendly conversations. Many chairs and a couple nice couch or chair set ups for really relaxing. It was great. We almost didn't even know where we were going its wayyyyy down in the corner. Street score one star. Bur venue 4.6 star

We had our Christmas party at Polyrhythm Brewery last night, and it couldn't have been more perfect. From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing time. Not only did they take care of us, but they also joined in the fun, yes, even karaoke! It felt less like we were at a venue and more like we were hanging out at a good friend's house. The space is super cozy, with a warm and inviting vibe that made everyone feel comfortable. And let's not forget the beer, it was fantastic! Each brew had its own unique flavour, and there was something for everyone to enjoy. If you're looking for a place that combines great beer, a welcoming atmosphere, and genuinely awesome people, Polyrhythm Brewery is the place to go. Highly recommend it for parties or just a night out. We'll definitely be back!

Amazing brewery! Some of the best beer we've ever had. I loved the guava wheat ale, and the session IPA was excellent. The seating areas are really nice and cozy, with great decor. They also have a ton of games and some food (including movie theatre popcorn!)

I'm so glad we checked this brewery out. It's a cozy place with ample seating areas. I took a chance on the Acid Rock Apricot Cinnamon Sour - not usually into sweet flavors, but this one blew me away! That cinnamon sugar rim? Seriously good beer, highly recommend trying it!

Amazing beer list in a really cool and innovative space. They have many tasty hazy IPA options on the menu. You MUST try the guava wheat beer, if you've ever had Sea Change Prairie Fairy It's like that but guava flavoured. So goood!! Didn't get to try the food this time but will have to come back for it!
