Collaboration with Collective - A Craft Beer Shop. Once upon a time, the folks at Best of Kin accidentally stood up Collective on the scheduled collab brew day. Fortunately, all was forgiven this special collab brew still came to fruition. The beer was inspired by a Paloma cocktail - mimicking the combination of smokey mezcal, smoked pineapple, pithy grapefruit and lime with a subtle hint of salt. This is a legit Paloma…but a beer!

A heavy dose of Mandarina and Amarillo, for those big citrus notes, and Apollo joined the party to ensure a massive bitter bite. With an even heavier dose of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice and a session of steeped rind, the pithy grapefruit notes make this an unmistakable tip-of-the-cap to a West Coast classic.
