A must visit if you're into local beer and pizza. One of Edmonton's finest breweries. Great selection of beers. Amazing staff, they'd get 5 stars just for that. The Birch Bear pizza is excellent.

Ale Architect is one of my favorite places to grab a pint and a slice in Edmonton. I really appreciate the additional bike rack outside the brewery making it one of my favorite places to ride to. The only thing that's better than the beer, and the Birch and Bear pizza, is the staff! Edmonton has such a vibrant Craft Beer scene. Ale Architect holds a special place for me for the intentional atmosphere that they cultivate. Their mission posted on their website reads "Ale Architect brewery and taproom exist in a space where creativity, design, and engineering overlap. A dynamic place for sharing food, drink, conversation, and ideas fueled by good vibes and positive jams" Not only does AA post their mission and values, both online and in the taproom, but more importantly they Live them!

Ale Architect Brewery & Taproom never disappoints especially when you're craving a cold pint and a slice or two. Really enjoyed the patio with some friends and I made sure to pick up a four pack of the Yum Yum Juice and some merch on the way out.

Quite enjoyed my first visit here. Even though I'm not a beer drinker anymore, they have quite a variety of brews available, as well as a couple nice non-alc options. Pizza looked great, can't wait to try it sometime. Service was great and friendly.
