The second in the Trinity IPA series, using the Holy Trinity of hops Simcoe, Mosaic and Citra certainly wears a hubcap diamond star halo in all its holyness. This time we used Norwegian Kveik yeast to create a pleasantly assertive patio pleaser. Big sweet orange peel notes with just the right amount of bitterness to create a zen like balance. It's time to get it on, Bang a Gong.

Then we used Simcoe at every stage of hopping to highlight all the amazing flavours it has to offer. Simcoe does it all!
