This beer may look dark and intimidating but it’s actually light and very drinkable. Based on the traditional German Schwarzbier, this lager has subtle notes of chocolate and coffee with a very clean finish. Brewed with a simple grain bill of pilsner and flaked rice, fermented warm using lager yeast and aggressively dry-hopped with Galaxy, Topaz, Motueka and Riwaka hops. This crisp IPA allows the hops to sing a harmonious chorus of citrus, pine and stone fruit. We're not behind the times, we're fashionably late.

Our F-Bomb Raspberry Creamsicle Sour is a tantalizingly tart and sweet brew that captures the essence of a classic summer treat. We start by adding generous amounts of fresh raspberry puree to the mix, giving the beer a bold and fruity flavor that's balanced by a crisp and refreshing sourness. To create the creamy, dreamy mouthfeel of a classic creamsicle, we add lactose sugar to the mix. This lactose sugar provides a subtle sweetness that's reminiscent of vanilla ice cream, while also giving the beer a velvety smoothness. For the finishing touch, we infuse the beer with bourbon vanilla, which adds a rich and complex flavor profile of oak, caramel, and bourbon, as well as a warming hint of vanilla sweetness.

Introducing our latest creation: a refreshing and flavorful yuzu hazy pale ale. We start with the freshest, most vibrant yuzu juice imported directly from Japan, adding a bright and zesty citrus note to the beer. For the hops, we use a combination of Cryo Pop and HBC 586 hops, which give the beer a juicy, tropical fruit aroma and flavor with just a hint of piney bitterness. These hops work together to provide an explosion of flavors ranging from mango, guava, and pineapple to pine and resin. The next F-Bomb sour is a margarita inspired Gose-style kettle sour perfect for enjoying the remaining days of summer. This light wheat ale is soured in the kettle and then bolstered by the additions of Vancouver Island Sea Salt and fresh orange and lime zest. To top it off the beer was fermented with lime puree. Style: Lager - Pale

In the Czechia, throughout time beer has been named based on colour, strength and presentation. This golden lager is styled after a beer style called svetlé výcepní, which means pale draft beer. This style is also referred to as 10° lager, because of it's lower original gravity and in turn lower alcohol content. A malt bill of high quality Czech malts create a balanced bready-rich malt profile with subtle notes of biscuit and honey. Czech grown Saaz hops give the beer classic "snappy' noble hop character while the Huell Melon imparts a delicate melon and berry flavour.
