Combining two “out there” styles the White Stout and the Pastry Stout while throwing an entire wedding cake into the Mash. It may look light but the flavours of this are straight out of a roasty stout with residual sugars. Coffee, Chocolate, Icing Sugar are all the flavours in this unlikely collision of two worlds.

This beer was different from the start. Graham crackers added to the mash put the pie crust in this sour. Next we combined two of this summer’s favourite fruits, Strawberry and Rhubarb, for a tart, fruity flavour and aroma. Finally, we added lactose sugar to the boil to give this beer the signature creaminess of the style. By combining all these flavours we have on our hands a killer beer for the late summer/fall season. Tuck in.
