Brewed in honor of our Fallen Oak and our efforts to continue its legacy, the Sapling Hazy IPA represents new beginnings and expanding our horizons with new hop varietals. This is our first foray into the world of IPAs with New Zealand hops which have unique flavor and aroma characteristics ranging from lime zest to white wine. Bolstered by a personal favorite hop, Mosaic, this mélange of hops presents a bouquet of fresh citrus, berries, peaches, and white wine.
