Style: Blonde / Golden Ale - Other
ABV: 5 IBU: 22
Ontario Craft Brewing Awards Gold Medal Winner This blonde is proud of its roots. A selection of pale malted barley infuses with locally farmed hops to create a beer that is an eye-opener on a hot summer’s day. Light, yet defined flavours instil a sense of the hard work and drive for quality that has gone into this blonde.

Ontario Craft Brewing Awards Gold Medal Winner Don’t let the smooth appearance of this Class V IPA fool you. The hidden dangers are only found at the point of no return when the intense bitterness of this seemingly calm beer hits the back of your tongue. A light combination of malted barley, coupled with the citrus aroma of both Cascade and Centennial hops mean that Class V IPA is only for the experienced beer drinker.

Stout is kayaker lingo for what most folk would call “really darned good.” Midnight is a “stout” time to go for a paddle. Our midnight stout captures the essence of a moonlit paddle with its rich, dark taste balanced with a hoppy bitterness and oatmeal body that furthers the intensity of this bold beer.

We've blended the incredible flavours that the unique landscapes of Norway and New Zealand offer. Norway's Kveik brings subtle tropical fruit flavour to this beer. When combined with New Zealand's fruit-forward Nelson Sauvin & Motueka hops, this pale ale is anything but boring.

Whistling Paddler was inspired by the moment when you come to realize that you’ve managed to leave all the concerns of the “real world” behind. With smooth notes of caramel malt accompanied by a local cascade hop melody, that moment, and this beer, will catch you by surprise and make you think… Life is good!

Before early settlers began cultivating cranberries, they grew wild in natural bogs across Canada. As one of only a few fruits native to North America, we used cranberries to create this refreshing, thirst quenching, and uniquely satisfying cranberry sour. We introduce lactobacillus to sour the wort pre-fermentation, and then we ferment with English yeast to add a light yeast character. Finally, we finish off with a heaping helping of cranberries to create a sour that is just tart enough to cool you off on a hot summers day.

UPDATE AUGUSTE 2021: I still love the place. The staff is very friendly, the beer is good. I tried their gin and it was good too. As for the menu, I had their vegan pizza. It was delicious! As always the patio is amazing. I am glad we gave it an other try. It's a seasonal must go!! --- I love the location. We had a very good customer service. The menu is very interesting and has options for everyone (from carnivorous to vegan). The reason I am not giving five stars is that my dish was very disappointing. I had the veggie burger but really it was mostly bread. The taste of eggplant was good but there was only a few pieces. I could not see any other ingredients than bread when I received the plate. Also the side of potatoes was good but again very small. For the price we were expecting more. It is a very nice place to go out. We loved the patio and will probably go back to give it another try.

Great food and beer with lots of indoor and outdoor seating options. The burgers and chicken sandwiches are great, and their appretisers and sharables are fantastic!

The sign is parallel to the road, so look for the big red B&B sign. They were fully reserved, so plan in advance and call ahead. Came for the beer, the food we saw prepped looked tasty though. Doesn't look like much from the outside, when we pulled up, we weren't 100% sure we were at the right place. Heading inside, you can tell this is built for gatherings. Long tables, seats by the fire, sold at the bar. Staff were friendly, helpful, but preoccupied with prepping for the evening. Beers - they only had 4 on tap. Bottle shop was decently stocked. Unfortunately both were missing the stout. Generally decent with some good flavors. For full beer reviews try FerrisK on untappd.

Service was horrendous, seemed to be run by teenagers. We waited almost 2 hours for food and some of it never even came. Talked to the manager and in his words ' He did not care'. The building, patio and atmosphere are weird. Was not able to buy beer or food at their brewery upon arriving to camp for a few days on a Wednesday afternoon. Brewery does not open until late afternoon which is really odd during peak summer hours. Having said all that the beer and food were good, but I cannot recommend this place until they change their attitude and service levels. Possibly understaffed, not sure but really not my problem to fix.

This was our 2nd time eating here. The 1st time last summer really slow service ( we were told they were under staffed) The 2nd time was last night this time it was a total of 2hrs and 40 min to order wait eat order dessert wait ask for our bill wait then leave. Our server was asked twice to help out with 2 other groups that were not in her section. Management needs to get there sh!t together and staff accordingly! Will not be returning ever!! The food was good but not worth the waiting time.
