This beer is like that first breath of -40C Northern winter air, or like the snow under your feet at that temperature: CRISP and DRY!

Style: Red Ale - American Amber / Red
ABV: 5.1 IBU: 36
Our American Amber Ale has lovely tones of caramel and toffee balanced perfectly with bold west coast hops. This beer is smooth, balanced, true to style and very drinkable. Our head brewer was born and raised in Iroquois Falls, Ontario on the banks of the Abitibi river. He has fond memories of fishing Pike and Pickerel on Lake Abitibi with family and friends. This beer is a homage to his roots and a cheers to every hard working northerner; crack a cold one, you deserve it!

Canadian winters can be long and depressing. Sometimes it's nice to have "A Reason To Live". It's a very sessionable pale ale that emphasizes citrus hop aroma and flavor without excessive bitterness. It's like a sunny summer evening for your tastebuds.

This stout is much lighter in body than you would expect for this style of beer. We wanted something rich but not heavy and this beer delivers. With hints of dark chocolate and espresso, it's the perfect fireside beverage.

Style: Wheat Beer - Witbier / Blanche
ABV: 4.8 IBU: 18
This is a traditional wheat based Belgian White beer. It is infused with coriander and bitter orange peel to provide a spicy, herbal, zesty aroma and flavour. This beer will be very cloudy from starch haze and/or yeast, which gives it a milky, whitish-yellow appearance and it will have a dense, white, head. With an effervescent character and smooth medium body, this beer finishes dry and a little tart.

Dropped in for lunch today, first time at Whiskeyjack's. Our server Sarah was super pleasant and polite. She recommended a chicken sandwich from the menu which was delicious. We saw other lunch items being delivered, can hardly wait to get back and try the chips! Great spot for lunch or dinner, and a new food menu is coming in January as well. So many craft beer selections and the atmosphere is excellent! Whether you are passing through or local and can drop in, this is definitely a great location!

This is my second time visiting whiskeyjack. Let me tell you it's well worth the stop! Fish and chips was absolutely perfect. Batter is flavorful, light, and crispy. Fish was not over cooked. Coleslaw was fresh. The fries are everything I want in a fry, golden edges, thin, not over salted. Great selection of local beer! Give em a try, you won't regret it.

Amazing service, it's really next level. We felt really welcomed and enjoyed it enormously. The beer is definitely authentic and respects the style. We were present at lunch time, and their menu was reduced to appetizers only, but we're really awesome. Can't recommend this place enough! Ils ont mme les gens qui parle franais (et trs bien en plus), et c'est trs apprci.

Went there while we were on a hockey tournament. What an amazing place. Everyone that worked there was very knowledgeable. They were kind enough to let us in, even though we were supposed to have tickets, because they had live music for St Patrick's day. Would definitely recommend this place to all my friends.
