We are an independently owned craft brewery located in downtown Parry Sound on Georgian Bay with a spectacular view of the iconic CPR Trestle. We have a restaurant, patio, and biergarten where you can enjoy our craft beer, great food and friendly and knowledgeable service.

We visited Trestle Brewing Company while in Parry Sound, and it's definitely a must-try if you're in the area! This cute, cozy, and beautiful local brewery is located right by the water, giving it an amazing atmosphere. We went during the holidays, so it was a bit busy, but totally worth it.
We got to sit in one of their Igloos, which was such a fun and cozy experience. The staff and servers were super nice and helpful, making us feel really welcome.
We tried a variety of beers, and all of them were high-quality and delicious. Our favorites were the Brag Load Coffee Vanilla Imperial Stout and the Noctalgia Black Lagerboth are dark beers with lovely hints of coffee, caramel, and vanilla. If you're not sure what to get, the 8-beer tray is a fantastic option to sample different flavors.
We also stopped by their retail store to grab some gifts for our beer-loving friends and to support their business. We only tried the fries (which were tasty), but their menu has lots of other options, so we're looking forward to trying more next time.
Highly recommend Trestle Brewing, and we'll definitely be back!

A new favourite on my craft brewery list! Trestle (the name and logo are so apt for its location) is not only brewing great beer, but they have an excellent kitchen! Beer first naturally - I had the Salt Dock Jump Peach. As a visitor, I didn't get the reference until later in the day when parking at the Salt Dock and seeing swimmers jump in!
The food. Only wanting a light lunch, we shared the Filet of Fish. Delicious!
I found the portions to be generous, and I really feel that the prices are reasonable considering the quality, taste, portion size, and the pressure food prices are putting on all of us.
Obviously, it's a local favourite, although we didn't have to wait, it was busy the whole time.
The patio is very dog friendly, and the staff are attentive to canine visitors with water bowls.
Several levels of patio are available with views of the river and, of course, the CPR Trestle bridge.
Taylor, who looked after us, was very friendly and helpful. When we mentioned that we were just on a day trip, she had quite a list of suggestions - most of which we accomplished.

"Trestle Brewing Company" is a fantastic spot, combining a great brewery experience with delicious food. The fish sandwich and Dirty Bird chicken burger are must-triespacked with flavor and perfectly cooked. The location is stunning, with a relaxed vibe that makes it a great place to unwind. A special shoutout to Anna, who took our order and made the experience even better with her warm, friendly service. If you're looking for great food, drinks, and atmosphere, this is the place to be!

The place is nice for a quick meal and drink. Their lager and cider were great, French fries in my poutine were the best I'd had in years.
The view from the patio is great and, once it's dark, the fairy light add to the ambience.

The ratings you see are not a fluke, this place is the real deal. Food is outstanding. This is a brewery and the beers are good, with a great selection of their own brews plus local ciders. The food here is the star. It's unusual to find this level of attention to detail on the food side at a local brew pub. These guys hit it out of the park on presentation and most important taste! Try the in house prepared Ruben sandwich one of the best ever for sure. The Mediterranean salad was a real good surprise. Fresh dill, incredible pita bread, crispy chick peas. A real delight. Pulled pork poutine fries - another level of decadent! Dogs are welcome! Trains go by on the trestle! Parking is plentiful. Lots of outdoor tables.
