Local restaurant and collaborators, The Tide and Vine Oyster House freshly shuck 100 Malpeques oysters which are then added to the boil, shell and all. The shells, rich in calcium carbonate, give this beer a unique dry, crisp finish. The oysters also give this rich smooth beer a mild briny quality reminiscent of salted chocolate.

This is absolutely one of the best breweries I've been to. The vibes are so good, it's casual but still nice. The beer is FANTASTIC! We got a flight, some pints, then decided to try the cider too. All of it was so good. The food is phenomenal too. It's hard to find a brewery with such a good food menu. The kitchen was absolutely hammering out the food - so quick and so impressive! We got the schnitzel sandwich, pretzel bites and whipped feta, and everything was so good. All this, topped off with great service wins us over! We will definetly make the trip out here to come back!

Wonderful repurposed space and lovely dining environment. Both burger and schnitzel sammy were surprisingly salty and thought the bread, although fluffy and airy was too big for the portions it contained. Fries were light and crispy and oddly enough, not overly salty as compared to the burger and sandwich. Loved the black lager, seemed like a lighter Guinness that goes down easy

What an awesome place! Absolutely loved it and dying to come back! First of all, the vibes are great, nice decoration, the neon sign at the entrance, the long bar. The people who work here are super friendly, kind and helpful. But this is a brewery, right? Yeah, and the beer is awesome! On the tap there's a lot to choose from, but for sure the oatmeal stout was my favorite. Don't know what to order? No biggie! The girls in the bar are extra helpful and even offered some tastings to be sure about what to drink. The food is anooooother thing. I know this probably won't matter to some, but the kid's menu was delicious (you know that as a parent we have our bite - tax)the burger were tasty, juicy qnd the bread was soft abd warm. The truffle fries are a must and the Kimchi nachos are for sure a great choice... The only thing about it is,in my opinion, warm or hot would be better. The place is beautiful and in my case absolutely worth the drive. I'm planning my next long weekend to come again

I had an amazing experience at this brewery! Their Double IPA and Red Ale are simply outstandingpacked with flavor and perfectly balanced. The food was just as impressive; the smash burger was juicy and cooked to perfection, and the nachos were loaded with fresh toppings and the ideal amount of cheese. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and top-notch quality. Highly recommend for beer and food lovers alike!

Sometimes you want a place where you can tell someone you love them -- by buying them a beer. Silversmith is that place. Dog-friendly, open and relaxed atmosphere it's a spot you can enjoy an afternoon away. The Black Lager is so good, we drive 1hr+ for 6 cans and share with friends. Take a ride and visit this place. Food is exceptional, a full notch above pub food, and the service has always been friendly and fun. Maybe someone will put your name on the wall and tell you they love you and then you'll fall in love with Silversmith.
