Style: Pale Ale - New England / Hazy
ABV: 6.1 IBU: 55
A New England pale ale meticulously crafted and aggressively hopped with Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe and Mistral to deliver all the complex hop characters of an IPA but with none of the bitterness. Featuring 2 dry hops, the first being done at the beginning of fermentation helps create a beautifully hazy appearance that amplifies the hop flavour. High chloride levels are used to increase the body of the beer and provide a smooth and silky mouthfeel. With heavy notes of pineapple, grapefruit, stone fruits, and fresh-cut grass on both the nose and palette, this is a beer for all hop-lovers.

*** another edit... The menu has gotten boring & stale. Too many smoked items. We love the place but often don't come for lack of different food options. *** edit.. Another nice visit.. the taco of the day was good . So was the caesar salad. Natalie & Blair are a delight! *** back in time to get things great before summer! New ownership, already shows! Nice little lunchy! Soup was fab, wings were good & brisket on sourdough was excellent! They've already hired more friendly staff for service... ( Big difference from before - if you know you know... )

Stopped in at Single Brewery today, We were so pleased with the amazing food and beer. We had the Pulled pork wrap ,Chicken and Bacon wrap ,Ten Four Pizza ,Trinty Tower and it was all delicious. The beautiful architecture ,rich in history of the distillery seating with a view of the river , The patio is going to be a perfect place to enjoy a beer and some food in the coming months . Can't wait to go back .. Highly recommend .

Reopened and under new ownership, Signal Brewery is a beautiful location nestled on the shoreline of the Moira River. The food on their new menu was incredible, and the meat is southern bbq style. We had a chicken bacon sandwich and brisket sandwich, and both were excellent. With 6 different beers on tap, lots of tables, and a massive patio on the water, we highly recommend Signal Brewery. Thanks Signal staff for the great service!

Good drinks! Pizza was quite good. I would have liked a more crispy crust on the pizza and maybe a couple more options but over all, pretty good. Service was excellent. Everyone took care of you, none of thus 'it's not my table'. Staff truly seemed happy to help.

Food service so slow today and it was so hot. The patio umbrellas didn't have the best coverage. I mean the waitress did her best and was very friendly. We moved tables, chose another table because my MIL and husband were roasting in the sun. Food took about an hour to get to us. My MIL never wants to come back. (Sorry) We ordered the pull pork, chicken bacon, brisket and kids pizza. The meal came to about $100. MIL says too expensive for the experience which she felt was terrible. Maybe we'll come back again in the winter or When there's more kitchen staff. Food all around was good. Under the old management I remember my brisket sandwich was dry but I really wanted to try again and it was surprisingly tasty. It did have lots of smoke flavor which wasn't my or my MIL style. So less smoke would have been better for us but it was good improvement from previous. The kids pizza was big portion and delicious! I loved it. The dough was chewy and soft. My daughter ate 4 slices on her own it was so good. Might not come back but definitely worth trying if you have lots of time.
