We went for a juicy IPA profile in a 5% Pale Ale package. We mash-hopped with Cascade, then added a heavy dose of NZ grape skins in the whirlpool. We dry hopped with some very aromatic Cryohop hops, along with the usual suspects Citra, Mosaic and Bru-1. Low bitterness, medium body and expressive notes of peach, orange juice and passion fruit.

Wedding ceremony and reception with Side Launch!! I do not have enough words to say how magical this night was! They are just so amazing!!!!!! Their staff is a friendly, welcoming, personable, helpful, competent, innovative, never say never, happy to chat, good looking group who are here to help and have a good time. Wide range of great beer and seltzers and non alcoholic options. They brought in and stocked our special requests! Industrial chic, city at night vibes, beautiful lighting, indoor and outdoor space, so much dancing and sitting space, a nook for under age cuties who danced til they dropped, AND built in catering with Mamacita Mexican food truck! What a beautiful place. Staff are amazing, friendly, personable and passionate. Huge selection of a variety of beer. Bangarangs are delicious. Place is spotless. Lots of places to sit and enjoy your drinks inside or outside and dog friendly. We attended a powerlifting meet that they hosted. Definitely a great place to hold an event. Plus, the Mamacita Tacoria food truck is an added bonus! Definitely worth the drive from Niagara Falls, would do it again!

Great local brewery with some interesting lagers, IPA and sours. I enjoyed a few of their IPA beers. It is dog friendly if you want to bring your four legged friend with you. There are indoor and outdoor seating available. We will be coming back for sure whenever we are in the area. Almost worth the drive for a day trip.

I am a BIG fan of Side Launch Brewing located in Collingwood, Ontario. It has a huge brewing facility with lots of parking spots. A huge patio with food truck serving food such as tacos. An axe throwing cage and live music. Great beer. This time around, they have the blueberry wheat beer, tasty with interesting colour. Highly recommend Side Launch and a MUST VISIT if you luv craft beer and are visiting Collingwood.
