This wheat beer is our flagship beer. It is an award winning authentic Bavarian style wheat beer. This unfiltered Wheat Ale has notes of banana, spicy clove, and citrus. Using traditional special yeast, this gold and hazy beer is highly carbonated and has excellent head retention.

Style: Lager - Dark

Pouring mahogany this dark lager has malty flavours on a refreshing palate. The nose and palate offer aromas and flavours reminiscent of chocolate and coffee bean. This beer is surprisingly light and the bitterness creates balance and highlghts the fruit character.

Mountain Lager is a light lager both in colour and alcohol, in the style of a Munich Helles. Delicate with a soft European Malt character, finishing with a lingering but very pleasant aftertaste from the German Noble hops used.

We went for a juicy IPA profile in a 5% Pale Ale package. We mash-hopped with Cascade, then added a heavy dose of NZ grape skins in the whirlpool. We dry hopped with some very aromatic Cryohop hops, along with the usual suspects Citra, Mosaic and Bru-1. Low bitterness, medium body and expressive notes of peach, orange juice and passion fruit.
