This hoppy amber ale is brewed for all of the amazing response personnel in Lindsay, ON. Without their efforts our town would not be the place we know and love today. This bitter ale is dark in colour but full on flavour, featuring hops with tropical and citrus fruit flavours.

Monk’s Madness is an infuriating beer that has caused our brewers no end of trouble. This brew is the result of the awkward “Getting to know you” phase between our brewers and their new equipment. To their dismay it has become a customer favourite and will continue to wreak havoc at the Pie Eyed Monk. Aptly Named by our friend Taylor.

First time visit for us. Fantastic old building steeped in history. Hope to come back to check out the brewery downstairs. Tastefully decorated with respect to the building's history. The front of house and our server were friendly and professional. Service was fas and attentive but not pushy. Hubby had the fish tacos. Loved them so much he had a second order. I had the chicken sandwich with sriracha sauce. Perfect balance. Fries were tasty too! No room for dessert maybe next time. Parking lot around side of building.

We came to Lindsay today to do some Christmas browsing. Shopping makes you hungry So being that we were in a strange town, I asked a local couple if they could recommend a place that we could go for dinner and they told me we definitely had to go to the Pie Eyed Monk. Boy oh boy they were not wrong. Everything was fantabulous!! The building is beautiful and provided a lovely atmosphere Allyssa our server went above and beyond to make our first visit here top notch. Friendly, funny and very attentive. She alone gets 10 stars. The cocktails were delicious We had peach sangria, raspberry lemon drop and their own Lindsay light beer. The food was scrumptious Corn chowder - gets 20 OMG's because I think I said that after every mouthful Autunno pizza - 2 snaps up in a Z formation! So Fresh and tasty!! Yumm- oh! Beef and Brisket Lasagna - where have you been all my life? Absolutely heavenly!! Chicken wrap and fries - classic pub food, done to perfection The desert was divine. We sampled it all Vanilla bean crme brle, cheesecake, and a chocolate brownie with homemade ice cream. So Freaking Good Bravo to everyone in this establishment both front and back of house. You are all doing a great job The potions were very generous Piping hot and delicious We will definitely add this restaurant to our list of places we must return to.

Stopped in for a drink and a snack before a show at Flato theatre - FANTASTIC!!! Incredible atmosphere, fast service, huge drink selection, and tasty food! There's a huge room up stairs that could host a wedding or other large party.

Enjoyed a super delicious meal here (fried chicken sandwich) and an amazing Pilsner. Service was fast, our server was nice and the atmosphere was great! We've lived in the area for a few years but had never been. Definitely going to make this one of our regular spots!

Had a fantastic lunch with friends at Pie-Eyed Monk Brewery in Lindsay today! Everything we tried, both food and house-made beer, was delicious. The historic building itself is really cool, and they have a great outdoor patio too. Highly recommend checking this place out! Go there. Eat there. LOVE IT THERE!
