Located inside the old Wincey Mills building a short block from downtown Paris, it was hopping for a mid-week lunchtime as almost every table was filled. This taproom brewery is quite the cool place with the beer brewing vats on display. There's a covered outdoor biergarten seating area available in warmer weather. We enjoyed a calzone, which had been highly recommended by friends who love this restaurant. It was good. Beer connoisseurs will enjoy their flights, with many interesting brew choices. Their crafted beer is available to take home in the attached beer store.

We have visited Paris Beer several times and really enjoyed the outdoor covered patio. They have some great tasting beers and the staff are quite friendly. Some beer is a bit pricey but they do taste great. We bought a few to bring home and enjoy. I also attended an event that Paris Beer Company was hosting and they catered some sandwiches, fries, and appetizers. All the food was delicious.

The gluten-free parma pizza hit the spot! In addition, the Mill Race Bohemian Pilsner was my husband's favourite beer of the flight. Delicious food & drink & friendly staff. Would definitely return.

I was visiting my daughter in Ayr close by for a few days, and this was my first day after with a close family friend who also lives nearby. I was really pleased to see there was a market in there with a butcher shop/deli, a Mexican restaurant, and a little shop where you can buy some clothes and other interesting things and hand carved wooden spoons for playing music. There's a seating area for lunch on one side of the building, but we went straight to the bar side and got a table to have a beer. They only have craft beer so I asked Amanda if we could try something similar to a blue moon. She was very accommodating and brought over a few samples that we might like to consider. They have a card with a description and name on each of them that she brought over with the beer samples. Their little glasses are so cute. They use those for their beer flights. I really liked them so I bought a couple before leaving, after we had a beer! We each found one that we really liked both different so we enjoyed a beer and the atmosphere while staying. We did get a chance to look at the menu however we had just finished eating a big breakfast elsewhere and had no room for even an appetizer. Thank you for the great service Amanda you went above and beyond, and I will definitely be back!! We will try something from the menu to share next time
