I went to this unique place with my wife on Saturday 28 December. I come from Germany and in particular from Bavaria, the land of beers and snacks, and I can say that the food and drinks completely won me and my wife over. The burger was one of the best I've ever had and both beers, first the IPA and then the Lager, were excellent in flavour. When we come back to Canada in June, we will visit the Niagara Brewing Company again. My wife was also 100% delighted with the food and drink. The courtesy of the service was excellent. We would like to thank you for the wonderful time in this sensational location.

We stopped in at the Niagara Brewing Company based on some research of the area before we headed to the Falls. My wife said this place has Craft beer and BBQ, that's all the info I needed. Lol. The location is right at the base of Clifton Hill which is unusual, but certainly right in the middle of everything. I enjoy a good craft beer and this place did not disappoint, I had the Red Irish Ale and it was amazing! A bit expensive for a pint ($12.50 cdn), but given the unique location and all of the crazy prices and fees at Niagara Falls these days, not surprising. Our server Meaghan was fantastic, bright, bubbly and looked after us perfectly. My wife ordered the Chicken Sandwich and fries, it was a good size breast with a light batter on it but still really juicy. Meaghan told us that they deep fry the chicken under pressure allowing it to have a crispy coating while keeping the chicken plump and juicy. I decided to go with the Big Daddy Burger, featuring a fresh 8 oz. all beef patty with brisket, blue cheese sauce, onion jam, green apple, lettuce and hay stack onions. It was enormous and delicious. The burger was cooked to a perfect medium and the brisket was tender with a nice BBQ sauce and a bit of bark for that authentic slow cooked BBQ flavour. I absolutely loved it! So if you are in the Niagara area and want to enjoy some great BBQ in the middle of it all, drop in at The Niagara Brewing Company.

Food, atmosphere, and service were super good. Ryan, our server, made sure we were always good. Will definitely be back and recommended. Life music definitely was a touch to our experience. 2 days later we returned and the service was the same, very good service, food, drink and atmosphere. Ryan was our server on both occasions.

Day 1 - Andrea was outstanding in her levels of service and demonstrated honest and deep knowledge of the fabulous brews on offer. Day 2 - Ryan was incredibly helpful and energetic in his product knowledge. He even introduced me to Ian the Master Brewer who I then had a 2 hour tour looking at the available FV's and finishing tanks.. I was in awe!!

Visiting from the USA, Niagara Brewing was a great place to stop for beers and simple bites. The chicken fingers were tasty and lite batter. The pretzels, salt and cheese were hot and soft. Overall, enjoyed visiting this brewery. Very good Irish Red Ale. Ryan provided outstanding service and recommendations.
