Beer List for New Limburg Brewing Company Provided by Untappd!
  • Belgian Blond

    Style: Belgian Blonde

    ABV: 7.1    IBU: 0

Silver winner at the 2016 Canadian Brewing Awards, and Gold winner at the 2016 Ontario Brewing Awards, this Belgian Blond Ale has a unique fruity and spicy character derived from its yeast - most notably citrus, pear, and slight peppery notes. It is sweet up front and finishes dry with a noticeable alcohol warmth, yet is surprisingly refreshing. Allow yeast to settle after transport and store cool. Bottle should be opened and poured gently. LCBO# 480608

  • Wit

Style: Wheat Beer - Witbier / Blanche

    ABV: 4.8    IBU: 0

Bronze winner of the 2017 Ontario Brewing Awards, this traditional Belgian wheat beer is a light and refreshing ale brewed using Canadian wheat, orange peel, coriander, and chamomile. The beer has been fermented using a Belgian yeast strain, which adds an authentic spice and fruit profile. To get the full range of flavours this beer has to offer, the sedimented yeast should be gently roused before pouring the beer.

  • St. Armandus Dubbel

    Style: Belgian Dubbel

    ABV: 7.5    IBU: 0

Gold winner at the 2017 Ontario Brewing Awards, this Dubbel has a deep red-brown colour that is matched with complex flavours and aromas attributed by Belgian candi-syrup - reminiscent of dark fruits, licorices, sweet berries, caramel, and a slight nuttiness. These qualities are complimented by the spice and fruit character of our Belgian yeast strain.

  • St. Arnoldus Quad

    Style: Belgian Quadrupel

    ABV: 10.5    IBU: 0

The aroma coming off the St. Arnoldus Quad is quite powerful and certainly something to take the time for. It is very fruity on the nose with a bread-like malt background and there is a noticeable alcohol presence. Most perceptible are berry, dark cherry, and raisin aromas. The flavour matches the smell closely. The beer has a strong fruit flavour and sweetness up front with a well-balanced lingering bitterness in the aftertaste. Fruit is again reminiscent of cherry, raisin, and berry. A bready and caramel maltiness background with a hint of nuttiness and chocolate to be discovered. The St. Arnoldus is full bodied and highly carbonated, but still finishes quite dry. A lot of alcohol warmth can be felt, esp. as the beer reaches serving temp.
