Clocking in at a lower ABV than some heavier stouts, Texas Tea Stout truly has the best of all worlds. The use of dark specialty malts makes this a very smooth beer and the addition of pure local honey gives it a sweeter mouthfeel than traditional dry Irish Stouts. So, kick back and enjoy this tasty sessionable stout.

We partnered with the brilliant world of Ashanti coffee to brew up a unique coffee/beer hybrid. The addition of lactose gives the beer a smooth, creamy mouthfeel and Ashanti's amazing house blend provides notes of caramel and chocolate. Reminiscent of a café latte, who says it needs to be coffee or beer?

Black currants have a unique taste and are loaded with antioxidants. Naturally, we decided to make a sour then and load it up with black currant pureé. The result is a beer with a decidedly delightful purple hue and layers of rich, earthy, tart, refreshing flavours. So join the jam, Gramma’s already there rockin’ out!

Literally meaning black beer in German, this smooth lager is not exactly what you might expect from the colour. Light roast flavours dissolve effortlessly onto the palate and balance with the moderate hop content. Prepare for the unexpected with this drinkable dark lager.

We put the emphasis on the hops. This series seeks to showcase some unique or special angle associated with hops. Yep, we did it, we finally made a hazy. This New England Style IPA has the creamy, hazy body promoted by copious amounts of wheat and oats and is double dry-hopped with Idaho 7 and Ekuanot hops. The result is a juicy medley of flavours including tangerine, papaya, pithy orange, lemon-lime and pine. As you enjoy the disappearing view in your glass, you’ll be left understanding why we put the emphasis on hop haze.

We put the emphasis on the hops. This series seeks to showcase some unique or special angle associated with hops. Like a glass of freshly squeezed juice, this pale ale has everything going on. A touch of sweetness from the lactose, haze from the oats and wheat and all the rest of the flavour and aroma coming from Citra hops. Al that is left to decide...Do the hops make it taste like peach or grapefruit or both? Perhaps tropical fruit punch? We'll leave that up to your taste bud

We put the emphasis on the hops. This series seeks to showcase some unique or special angle associated with hops. What is decidedly different than an IPA? A deliciously delectable double IPA! With double the amount of hops and the alcohol depth to dance with and defend it, this Emphasis divvies out the hop dividends. Displaying the hops Jarrylo and Zythos (the Greek word for beer), look for distinctive citrus aromas (tangerine, orange, lemon and lime) and delicate pin and spice denotations. May this zythos define a definitive double!

I'm new to the art of admiration for Craft Beers, I've tasted a few and have to say, not one matches up against Neustadt Brewery! Every Thursday I stop and pick up an assorted 6 pack and although I've not had them all, every one I've had is delicious, refreshing and very tasty! I highly recommend anyone who loves beer to try the Neustadt Brewery!

Nice little brewery, very attentive and friendly staff. Loads of choices of beers, and a few wines and cider. They have a small menu with plenty to chose from. We tried the soft pretzel, hot and fresh good size and the mustard dip was great. We also got the large cheese/meat tray , very well displayed and everything on it was amazing. They also have a small shop for to go beer and shirts etc.

We arrived as a party of 15 and were joined with another party of 6. We had booked the 1 hour tour and were honoured to have the owner be our guide. Michael was so knowledgeable when it came to the history of the building, it was so interesting, full of stories old and new, and he was open to lots of questions. I grew up in the area and learnt so much about this building, built in 1858 if I remember correctly. After the tour we enjoyed a beveridge and ordered some food from a small but very adequate food menu. We ordered the panini and it was delicious Overall very very enjoyable and we will be back someday hopefully soon with our daughters and son-in-laws as I know they will love it too.
