Muddy York in Stouffville is an incredible family run brewery with a TON of nationally awarded beers. With a new cozy atmosphere and a friendly staff, this brewery is definitely a must visit. They have a wide variety of beverages, NA beers, and drinks for all ages. They have snacks and an upcoming kitchen. They often have delicious pop-up foods and an expanding array of beers to come. All are welcome and we can't wait to see what's coming next.

Little hidden microbrewery. Not a big selection on tap or cans but good quality. Worth a stop in. My favourite was the Gaslight Helles, a crisp lager, very good, you should try it if you like crisp beers.

Dropped into the new Stouffville location for the first time... As always a great warm welcome from Sue (one of the owners). A great space and a warm cozy seating area which will be amazing in the fall and winter. They are still finishing off the renovations to expand the seating area and bar which no doubt will be amazing. As always great beer from great people!

  • Working Hard New England IPA

Style: IPA - New England / Hazy

    ABV: 6.5    IBU: 20

  • Muddy York Porter

    Style: Porter - Other

    ABV: 4.7    IBU: 21

A beer made popular by porters and dock workers of the 18th century, our incredibly easy drinking porter boasts notes of roasted marshmallow, dark chocolate and a faint background of wood smoke. In our opinion, this somewhat forgotten styles resurrection was long overdue.

  • Jail Fire Rauchbier

    Style: Rauchbier

    ABV: 6    IBU: 25

In the winter of 1862, a massive fire broke out during the construction of the new Don Jail. Most of the structure was destroyed. Unfortunately, it didn’t halt building what was to become the most notorious jail in all of Canada. Jail Fire Rauchbier is a smoked lager that highlights malt that’s been smoked over beechwood. Its pronounced smokiness will remind you of campfires and barbeques and will make you grateful you never had to spend a night in the Don Jail.

  • Roller Boat IPA

    Style: IPA - American

    ABV: 6.5    IBU: 60

This beer doesn’t fail to bring you the flavour and aroma you'd expect in an IPA.

  • Freudian Sip Vienna Lager

    Style: Lager - Vienna

    ABV: 5    IBU: 25

    Style: Sour - Fruited

    ABV: 6    IBU: 4

A scary, horned, half-goat/half-demon, Krampus was not who you wanted to invite for dinner on Christmas Eve.   Krampus Dark Sour With Cherry won’t steal your children, but you might be tempted to snatch every glass for yourself. Dark and roasty, this tart ale has a pronounced sour cherry flavour with hints of mulled wine.
