A traditional German Pilsner with a twist. Mandarina Bavaria hop was used exclusively in the finish of this beer. The result is a crisp, light bodied, well balanced lager with hints of tangerine and citrus.

It was a beautiful warm sunny February 25th on what would have been George Harrison's 78th birthday. With him in spirit we made this bright, hazy, delicious IPA. Medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel and balanced bitterness. Aroma and flavour notes of fresh honeydew melon, mixed berries and hints of citrus. Dry hopped with Huell Melon, Hallertau Blanc and Mandarina Bavaria.

Golden in colour with a persistent white head. Aromas of sweet fruit, honey and slight pine. Medium bodied, but a very light mouthfeel. This pale ale has very balanced hop flavours of melon and citrus fruits. Incredibly sessionable and very delicious.

Part of our My Hops Don't Lie Series, this brew features the Enigma Hop. Hailing from the hop products breeding program in Australia, Enigma is a high alpha hop with notes of light tropical fruit, red currents, raspberry and pinot gris. With aromas of tropical fruit and stone fruit this hop really shines in the dry hop stage of brewing.

Slight pink hue with a crisp white head. Medium bodied. Pink guava dominates the aroma with slight raspberry notes. Tart on the tongue that leads into a smooth guava taste and a semi-sweet finish.

Part of our My Hops Don't Lie Series, this brew features the El Dorado Hop. El Dorado is a fairly new duel purpose hop with intense flavours and high alpha acid. It is generally used as a bittering hop which lends a balanced bitterness to it's brews. In the dry hop stage it brings forward tropical fruit flavours with aromas of watermelon, pear and stone fruit.

Pronounced GOH-zeh, a style of German wheat beer with a hint of coriander and salt character. Bright yellow in colour, medium-light body, with a light aroma of coriander and fruit. The flavour is soft with a slight salt start that finishes with a burst of sweet pineapple.
