On Sunday my husband and I went for a drive to Delhi , Ontario. On the way home, we decided to take an alternate route down Oakland Road in Scotland and came across Flux Brewery. The parking lot was full and we were hungry. We saw a sign that said Manna which was the kitchen where they prepared the food. We went through the entrance to the brewery and we were so surprised! Picnic tables on the patio under huge canopies overlooking a beautiful natural pond. There was a lower patio behind the kitchen, also overlooking the pond. There were also tables at the bar inside the brewery, which was really nice. My husband grabbed drinks at the bar and I chose a table. They told us to go to the kitchen to order our food where we would be given a beeper when it was ready. The selection was good and my husband had a burger and fries. I just had the fresh cut fries. The couple next to us had the mac & cheese, and it looked so good. The food was delicious and when we were done, we went over to the railing where they had Muskoka chairs set up overlooking the pond. We saw some bass and a turtle. This place was gorgeous and the staff were so friendly. My husband enjoyed his beer and there were many to choose from. We would definitely go back.

We found this wonderful oasis by chance and have introduced it to all our family (even ones from Scotland, UK). Yesterday we visited Flux after a very hard day. We would love to give Thanks to Katie from the bottom of our hearts. She brought brightness to an otherwise dark day.

UPDATE: Back again! Patio season in full swing and very busy on a gorgeous sunny Sunday afternoon. Kaleidoscope hit the spot again. Such an upbeat positive vibe! August 11, 2024 C & J ORIGINAL REVIEW: Visiting Flux by chance on our way visit Toast the Coast trail stops we had a fantastic first experience. A cozy yet spacious inside taproom and lots of outdoor space for the warmer weather. I really loved "Kaleidoscope," a strawberry-lemonade sour. Outdoor spaces are dog-friendly. The outdoor seating areas look out over a lovely pond. We didn't have anything to eat (this time), but goodness, the aromas from the food of other patrons were intoxicating. Can't wait for a return trip in the spring to enjoy a meal, more beer, and the patio! Highly recommended!

I recently held a contractor event at Flux Brewery, it was held as a private event which the owner Jeremy was more than willing to accommodate. The presentation put on by Jeremy and his team was 10/10!! The food was perfect, and the venue was set up for me to organize my needs for my clients. If you have not been here, you are missing out on a fantastic dining experience. I had close to 50 people attend, and the main venue was perfect for every one to mingle, yet see the presentation, display prizes and swag. There is a huge TV we used which is attached to the sound system and when we were not presenting there was background music playing. For a variety of beer, I guarantee you will find a selection you will fall in love with! Fun Fact....they also roast coffee beans there and sell them. The coffee selections were the best I have had in a very long time and enjoyed by all my quests. We will be using this venue again, and I highly recommend you consider Flux for your next Corporate or Private event!

Pretty good beer, but one of the best patio set ups I've seen at a brewery in a pristine rural setting. Delicious food is served on site, spacious indoor seating by the taps, and I loved the Muskoka chairs overlooking the pond and barn. Great spot.
