This west coast IPA takes us back to the early days of the IPA boom. Back when IPAs were bitter and piney, loaded with citrus and grassy notes, and California ale yeast was king. We focused on the classic American hop varieties of that era with the aim of bringing back the flavours that inspired us to follow in the footsteps of those craft beer pioneers.

One of the MOST dog friendly brew pubs that I ever visited. Dogs are welcome inside and outside. The beers were fantastic, they had a few sours and wilds. They also have bottles to go. Menu was great and the servers were a lot of fun. Definitely the highlight of our visit to Niagara on the Lake.

The beer here is really great, especially the bottled offerings. I took the time to read though the labels on their extensive bottle selection and found a couple that were both intriguing to me and that I thought would be a hit with my more wine drinker friends. They were an absolute hit! I came back the next day to try some of the draught offerings which were also pretty tasty.
