andering Monk is back and as amazing as ever. This Belgian IPA is a contemporary twist of an American IPA, and it's fermented with Abbey Ale Yeast to build up fruity esters and subtle spicy notes. We chose Mosaic, Nelson and Cascade to complement Monk with flavours of bubble gum, pear, red berries and a hint of pepper.

Style: Pilsner - Czech / Bohemian
ABV: 4.7 IBU: 35
Pilsner Elora is crisp and clean, making for an easy drinking summer patio beer. To give it considerable flavour we used Czech floor malted pilsner malt, and Saaz hops to make it complex and rich, but still refreshing. This unfiltered, Czech-style pale lager was decoction mashed, naturally carbonated and lagered long and cold: our way of paying homage to the genuine intricacies of an authentic, Czech pale lager.

ABV: 7.8 IBU: 0
Reserved hop bitterness and relaxed malt additions make room for serious hop aroma and flavour with jungle fruits and stargazer lily rounding out the nose. Big, juicy tones of mango, citrus, and fresh orchard blossom permeate throughout, leaving this Double IPA deceptively drinkable.

Short Circuit IPA is back for spring and we programmed its robot parts to give you a bigger, fuller-body brew. We inputed Eclipse, HBC 586 and Vic Secret hops into this year's version to produce notes of pear, cherry and over ripe honeydew, which compliment its hazy, straw-colour hue. You’ll like this beer a-bot.

ABV: 5.3 IBU: 0
This Western German style Dortmunder is a rich, decadent, malty lager. Its firm bitterness and dry finish are rivalled only by its moderate body, deep golden colour and creamy mouthfeel. It was also brewed with mineral rich water, and naturally carbonated and lagered for 12 weeks to pay respect to this style: Dortmunders were originally brewed for hardworking industrial workers in the 19th century - so if you work hard and play hard, this Dort's for you!

ABV: 4.9 IBU: 0
2023's Lorelei Keller Pils is a naturally carbonated, Elora favourite. It's bitter, dry and pours the fluffiest of head. We dry-hopped this edition with Mandarina Bavaria and Saphir to add subtle citrus and herbaceous notes. It has a full, creamy, hazy, and slightly-acidic malty profile, and it's clean, which makes for ultimate drinkability.

I really enjoyed this spot. A must try in Elora. Our reservation didn't properly go through and this was dealt with very swiftly. Our server was polite and attentive. I really enjoyed the Goat Cheese Dip. For my main I had the Mac & Cheese. It was very delicious and the portion is massive. I had multiple helpings of leftovers. For a brewery, the menu is pretty expansive and the food was better than expected. They had live music that night and I appreciated that the band only did a couple songs because it does get quite loud. It was nice to enjoy for a bit and then go back to my conversation. It gets quite packed on the weekend. If I had to be picky my only complaint was that it got kinda claustrophobic towards the end with how many people went upstairs. At the same time, I can't fault them for getting the business. It seems to be a happening spot to check out on Friday and Saturday.

Very nice and cozy place. We came for food, but the beer was great as well. As I said, we came for something to ear but we tried 4 different beers and they were all very solid. The Wandering Monk IPA has a wonderful aroma with very colorful notes to the taste. We ordered a Warm Goat Cheese Dip, Venison's Chili, and a Fried Chicken Sandwich. The Goat Cheese dip was great. The other dishes were very good too, but my favorite was the Goat cheese. BTW...the staff super friendly and helpful

We got in early and secured a nice table outside, the sun was shining and all was nice. Was able to order poutine and a burger, both were tasty and fresh. Was a slight delay with my burger arriving. Tried two different larger beers. Beer was crisp, cold and tasty. Staff were very helpful. Toilet s were clean. This location on a Sunday lunchtime can get busy. Well worth a visit

Neat place. Love that the restaurant is literally wide open to where the beer is brewed. Watch out for liquids spraying back, though! Food is excellent, portions large but not ridiculous, and the menu indicates it's almost all locally sourced. Their beer is also very delicious, obviously. I'd definitely recommend stopping here if you're in the area. Only one negative is we tried to go here the night before and Google said they were open but they were not (all the chairs were up) although the door was unlocked and I walked in but no one was there.

Our family spent the afternoon exploring beautiful Elora and stopped here for a beverage and bite to eat. This place has a great vibe to it, with loads of charm and features of the original building. Service was great, friendly and efficient. We shared some apps, which were all very tasty. Their beer is top notch. Our only gripe is that they were out of a few things, which was odd considering it is Thanksgiving weekend. No wings, olives, or one of the dips. These items happened to be things we wanted to eat. Besides that, we really enjoyed the Elora Brewing Company.
